Ristorante Al Pirata In Cervia

Beautiful restaurant, we ate very well, the mixed fried fish was dry and crispy, truly 5-star food. My disappointment is with the service. We were greeted by a lady who barely greeted us. A waiter (I think the manager) motioned for us to follow him while he was talking on the phone, and with a gesture he gave us a table. After 5 minutes, he told us our table wasn't the right one and moved us. Perhaps if he had paid us a little more attention, he would have noticed the mistake sooner. It's a shame that there are still first-class customers and second-class ones; this was very evident when we looked around. Never a word of courtesy was shown to us, but a lot of interest was shown to those who are probably regulars! It's a real shame, because the place deserves it, and these things shouldn't happen. It wouldn't take much to make customers come back willingly.

Located opposite the Hotel Vienna, which has a special agreement with it. The fish is excellent, and pizza is also available.

Nice little place... but a little expensive.
