26/02/2025: A pub where you can always be on the safe side. With a recognizable and pleasant style, this place offers a wide choice of pub dishes revisited in clear Trentino. The fried foods are excellent, crunchy and not too greasy, with a good variety of options. The cutting boards are excellent and combine classic Trentino dishes (tortel, carne salada etc.) with acidic elements such as giardiniera which stimulate the appetite and elevate everything. The sandwiches are all extremely juicy, never dry, with great sauces and crunchy bread. Each accompanied by the delicious "dippers" sliders. This time I tried the vegan option with soy burgers which proved to be an excellent alternative thanks to a soft patty inside and a vegan mayonnaise to entice everything. Great selection of beers and drinks for all tastes. The restaurant has attention to detail and is welcoming in its surroundings. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast.
