Ristorante Al Pescatore In Calceranica al lago

Very nice location. Very delicious food. As the name suggests this restaurant is focuses on seafood but also offers alternatives. You can view the lake and depending on the weather the restaurant can open the awning and or glass windows.

Very nice restaurant, large and well located, it has its own parking lot, a little small, but still able to accommodate about fifteen cars. Decent pizza, neither good nor bad, good desserts! Fairly poor service, perhaps due to the amount of customers (but then hire more staff) or who knows why, the fact is that we arrived at the time agreed upon at the time of booking (ok, 5 minutes late...) and we had to wait a long time standing until a table was freed up. We ordered, pizzas arrived quickly (!), but I still have to see the spicy oil requested 4 times! In the end, to apologize, they offered us limoncello... Maybe I'll try again another evening and it will be better!

Not special fish for the price I paid.

Eight of us dined on a Friday evening. We had a good seat on the terrace overlooking the lake, which was very nice. Unfortunately, the service was initially quite chaotic; some servers seemed to be out of season and kept bringing the wrong dishes to our table. At least our main waiter was on the ball and very friendly. The food was mostly good, but not outstanding. The Bistecca Fiorentina was good, but not perfect. One pizza was much too spicy, and the Parmigiana too dry. The restaurant was very busy, and the noise level was accordingly high.

Splendido locale con vista notevole direttamente sul lago di Caldonazzo. La struttura è notevole sia in ambito di grandezza che di bellezza, con annessa qualità in tema di servizio. Onestamente lo stesso non si può dire nella classica proporzione di rapporto qualità/prezzo. La cena è stata tutta a base di pesce e seppur tutto buono, sia a livello di materia prima così come per la preparazione dei piatti, ho vissuto sicuramente esperienze migliori. Altro dato che mi ha dato subito all'occhio sono stati i tempi medi di attesa. Sicuramente attese lunghe non sono mai gradite ma al tempo stesso, l'arrivo delle pietanze in tempi molto brevi, a mio modo di vedere non è mai un pregio perchè ogni suo piatto in base alla sua complessità, ha meritatamente i suoi tempi di preparazione.

Wonderful food in a tasteful setting. We stopped in for lunch while passing through. Our large boxer was just as welcome as the four of us. Highly recommended!

I have to compliment the manager who very kindly found us a table even though we hadn't booked. Frying is the best, once in a while treating yourself to a nice lunch after a motorbike ride is pleasant and Al Pescatore is always a guarantee!
