Fixed menu dinner (€35: 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert, wine, coffee, and water). I could almost consider myself full with the appetizers alone. Everything was excellent; it's a shame I didn't have an even bigger stomach! The trout in saor was sublime. We'll definitely return to try something else. Reservations recommended due to limited seating. Ample free parking.

Sunday lunch for six, featuring both fish (trout) and meat, from appetizer to dessert and coffee. Excellent quality, always a guarantee for me. The menu is at the chef's discretion, using seasonal ingredients. Reservations are required, preferably well in advance. I'll definitely be back.

This is my second time here on Ferragosto, and I've had a great time both times. I don't know what the usual menu is like, but the Ferragosto menu is definitely very good and plentiful, consisting of six courses plus dessert: four appetizers, a first course, and a second course. We couldn't finish dessert; we were bursting at the seams. I've attached photos of the dishes, and I recommend you come!

One word: WOW!
Al Mulino is a restaurant located in Belluno. The air is fresh, homey. There's plenty of greenery, lots of wood, a pond where you can take a dip, and lounge chairs—so relaxing!
The restaurant also has a trout farm, ready to be enjoyed fresh on the menu.
The set menu costs €35 and consists of two appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses. We ate:
- Porcini mushroom and speck tart: delicious, absolutely delicious, I loved it
- Fried trout with onion: I'm not a fan of freshwater fish, yet I loved it!
- Gnocchi with cardoon: probably the best dish of the day. Delicious!
- Calamarata with tomato, trout crumbs, and buffalo mozzarella: also delicious
- Roast beef with sage and cherries: unique, delicious
- Potatoes: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
- Trout with zucchini blossom cream: also delicious!
After all this deliciousness, we didn't feel like we were going to explode; we ate a lot, but it was all delicious and not heavy.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They reserved a special seat for us, knowing we'd be arriving with two infants.
A top lunch, definitely worth repeating!

Very nice hosts...We were welcomed, soaking wet, with excellent house wine and pasta pommodore. To start, we were given delicious croissants with ham to help us get our first hunger pangs. I'd like to thank them again for their warm welcome. A soaking wet walk turned into a fantastic experience.

What a delightful discovery. I was served _copious_ amounts of flavourful food. Every dish surprised me positively and was original, made from in-season and local ingredients. Someone nearby me was served a gluten-free meal upon request. The locale is unassuming and unpretentious. The food as well as the people - staff and regulars - will win you over in a heartbeat.
