The Al Mulino restaurant is located in the beautiful Bolzano Bellunese valley, with a splendid view of the mountains and the lake. The restaurant has a large outdoor area with tables and benches, as well as a small playground. The restaurant is run by Marinella and Daniele, a wonderful couple who, with love and passion, have made this place a culinary gem, a feast for the eyes and the palate. Excellent traditional cuisine, dishes always prepared with the freshest ingredients and local products. Their specialty is trout cuisine, including the delicious trout fillet in saor. Each dish is a masterpiece, always prepared with care and attention to detail. Marinella pairs foods, creating harmony between flavors, textures, and aromas, making every meal a truly memorable experience. The portions are generous, and the dishes are always presented at the table with an explanation of the ingredients, creating a pleasant experience that enhances the dish. Marinella and Daniele are wonderful people and have created a special, welcoming, warm, and family-like atmosphere. Al Mulino restaurant is also a great place to meet up for an aperitif with friends and have fun! Throughout the year, "i boce del mulin" (the mule's men) always invite everyone to their events...such as New Year's Eve parties, Carnival celebrations, concerts to brighten up summer evenings, and the traditional focaccia competition. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

We went there after 14.30 when in Italy most of the restaurants will not serve food, but people were so kind and offer us the best cheese, ham and bread you can find only in this country!

I visited this restaurant for dinner with friends. I was pleasantly surprised by the set menu, which, despite its simplicity, is sophisticated. The trout is the signature dish, but vegan and vegetarian options are also available. The atmosphere is warm and informal, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.

Lunch with several friends. Everyone, to be precise, was thrilled with the food and the service. Excellent menu, reasonable price.

Fixed menu dinner (€35: 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert, wine, coffee, and water). I could almost consider myself full with the appetizers alone. Everything was excellent; it's a shame I didn't have an even bigger stomach! The trout in saor was sublime. We'll definitely return to try something else. Reservations recommended due to limited seating. Ample free parking.
