On the way back from the sea we decided to stop for lunch. Very positive experience, the unique location in the full centre of the salento peninsula makes it the right place for whom is criss crossing it. Said that the real add value was the food. We took the antipasto della casa made by 6 different plates all of them superb and unique. We then went into 3 primi orecchiette, cappellacci, and gnocchi each one with a superb sauce. Honestly food was so good that we could not decide which one was the best one. If you are really into locally made food with a view to innovation, then it is a must try. Well done indeed.

The atmosphere is very charming, the dishes are sophisticated, and especially the desserts, one in particular is truly original! It was very crowded, so it took a while for the food to arrive, but that's understandable considering how crowded it was. I recommend making reservations, especially on holidays or the day before. Very charming, I especially recommend it to those who enjoy more unusual cuisine.

Both the pizzas and the first and second courses are excellent. The "sagne torte" are special, as are the horsemeat bites. Attentive and courteous service. Welcoming place. I recommend it.

Excellent dinner in a truly peaceful setting, with excellent service and preparation, excellent dishes, good house wine, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, truly delicious appetizers, and all the first courses prepared in-house. A fantastic experience we will definitely be repeating.

18/10/2025: La Gràmola translated as OASIS OF PEACE 🩵 We'd always heard about this wonderful place until one summer day we went to try it, partly because I was looking for a place for my son's special day. And YES, as soon as I walked in, I fell in love! I went for dinner and the atmosphere was so warm and peaceful. Even though the place was full, as soon as the food arrived, I felt at home... and without thinking twice, I decided to reserve it for that day. Of course, returning during the day changes the atmosphere and it's even more beautiful because this wonderful place is surrounded by greenery, and here I fell in love for the second time. For my son's baptism, everything went great, EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. The excellent traditional dishes, fresh products, and above all the homely atmosphere offered by the owner DONATO, FABIOLA, and her waiters FABIO and LAURA. My guests were delighted with what they ate, the place, and everyone's professionalism, and I...
