Ristorante al Grottino In Capri

We visited here during our last night in Capri on our honeymoon. We were the only people seated right after opening, and the owner came by and asked us about the occasion. He gave us lovely wine and food recommendations, brought us some extra small drinks to celebrate, and sat to talk with us before we left. I had the seafood risotto, my wife had the seafood 'stew' and both were incredible! I would highly recommend this for an evening out in Capri!

5/5 stars! We visited this charming tavern and received a warm welcome from the friendly owner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the variety was fantastic! I especially want to highlight the homemade dessert – the panna cotta with caramel and blueberries was simply divine! My wife ate two slices. The limoncello was also homemade and absolutely delicious. We would love to come back, but unfortunately, it was the last day before their winter break. Nevertheless, everything was fresh, and the prices were, of course, typical for Capri – not cheap, but worth every penny. If you're looking for more affordable options, you might be better off going to Mallorca.

We ate very well in a typical Capri atmosphere. The place was welcoming and familiar. The staff were friendly. Recommended.

Food was nice, not the best we had in Italy but really good overall. Service really needs to be improved though

Gianfranco he is a gentle man ，he is provide high Quilty food and give us best service we get very happy night in Al Grottino. Recommend dish Snapper and hot vegetable.

Exceptional food in a quiet, lovely, intimate restaurant. Very authentic. We had the grilled fresh anchovies, fried mixed seafood, rocket salad, wine and chocolate cake. The owner was a delight and we enjoyed looking at his pictures of famous people who have visited the restaurant. Especially Adam Sandler :) I forgot my sunglasses and the owner ran quite a ways into the central square to find us. It was the most expensive meal we had in Italy but well worth it. Hope we can return someday!

A relatively simple place but with great food! The homemade pasta is a must.

IT es 9 en punto en un sábado como Billy Joel podría decir y estamos sentados en el restaurante Al Grottino en Via Longano, a un tiro de piedra de la Piazetta central en Capri (con toda la diversión y tiendas de diseño, etc) Es nuestra 6a noche aquí, después de haber estado 4 noches en Alalfi y hemos frecuentado todos los restaurantes recomendados en Capri, muchos con hermosas vistas, etc. Pasamos por la puerta principal de Al Grottino esta tarde e IT despertó nuestro interés y reservamos para las 8 pm. En Al Grotti NO, no hay confianza en ningún punto de vista, la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del propietario simplemente brilla a través. IT es sin duda la mejor comida desde una perspectiva de calidad que hemos tenido en esta visita. IT es desconcertante y para ser franco un poco irritante que Al Grotti NO esté empacado, ya que sin duda muchos de sus compañeros están mientras escribo. Teníamos lubina para dos como plato principal y raviolis y paquetes de mozzarella / jamón como entrantes. La calidad de la comida es simplemente increíble. Desiertos fabulosos y tuvimos grandes recomendaciones de vino también y un par de no pidió recargas adicionales. Gianfranco Arbace (acabo de preguntarle su nombre) es un propietario maravilloso. La autenticidad de este restaurante brilla. No podemos recomendar lo suficiente. IT golpea los calcetines de los lugares que hemos visitado las últimas noches, algunos más sobre espectáculo que calidad. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente, si te gusta tu comida, este es el lugar para visitar. Declan

Disfrutamos de una deliciosa comida en Al Grottino esta noche. La comida y el servicio era excelente y este restaurante era una delicia , un paso por encima de todos los restaurantes de renombre en Capri que comimos en las 5 noches anteriores . Tuvimos una comida maravillosa y lo más fresco de pasta y lubina que acababa de saltar del mar. El propietario es muy amable y acogedor y tenía grandes recomendaciones de menú para nosotros (también hizo nuestras comidas a pedido dado un problema de alergia). El ambiente es muy ITional y acogedor y nos encantó! Teníamos los raviolis al caprese más deliciosos y los postres caseros eran fabulosos. No vaciles IT solo ve aquí ya que es maravilloso. Totalmente auténtico en el corazón de Capri justo al lado de la Piazzetta.
