Trovare questa trattoria di pesce in un vicolo di Venezia è stata una vera sorpresa, con i tavoli all'aperto che affacciano sui riflessi del canale. Il fritto misto di mare è arrivato bollente: gli anelli di calamaro con una crosta di birra così croccanti che si sbriciolano, i bianchetti che riempiono la bocca di dolcezza. Il risotto al nero di seppia brillava come l'inchiostro, pieno di teneri pezzetti di polpo. Il vino bianco consigliato dalla proprietaria, con quel retrogusto salmastro, sposava perfettamente i gamberi rossi crudi marinati. I camerieri avvisano di stare attenti alle macchie d'inchiostro, e in finale regalano un sorbetto al limone per digerire. Due persone mangiate fino a puzzare di mare, conto finale sotto i 60 euro: nella zona turistica è davvero conveniente.

Amigos locales, este restaurante no solo tiene mariscos, sino también filetes frescos, que saben muy bien. Es una de las raras delicias que he comido en Venecia. Cené allí y había mucha gente. Los amigos que quieran ir deben recordar hacer una cita con antelación.
