The ingredients are excellent, and the wine cellar is well-stocked. The appetizers are truly top-notch. We started out with some hesitation about the Catalana: we're used to the more traditional version, without lettuce or tomatoes, so the proposed interpretation surprised us at first. It was the first time we'd tried it this way. After our first taste of the lobster, however, all doubts vanished: they were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and of excellent quality. A convincing variation, although for us the version with celery remains unsurpassed. In any case, this is a personal preference that doesn't impact the restaurant's overall excellence in any way.

I went to Al Gambero restaurant with friends. A very welcoming and refined place, high-quality fish (a fabulous raw fish dish), but above all: the staff were extremely kind, courteous, and elegant. My compliments!

Excellent restaurant, so much so that we returned a second time that day. Large selection of wines, including by the glass. The dishes are exquisitely presented. There are meat and fish dishes. Large selection of pasta.

Excellent lunch at Gambero. Friendly service, a very welcoming atmosphere, and tasty dishes. The only downside: they don't serve fish on Wednesdays, which I would have loved to try. I'll be back!

Stopped by for a break from a long journey, we enjoyed the bigoli and tagliolini. Excellent service, very kind and welcoming, even with our dog. We'll be back.

26/11/2025: Refined structure, attention to detail, impeccable service (the waiter who assisted us for dinner was truly superior in terms of professionalism and empathy).
20/11/2025: My husband and I returned to the Castle to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the same suite as a year ago, enjoyed the beautiful private spa, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and even took an interesting guided tour the next morning. For us, it's home, but always treated like a King and Queen!

21/02/2026: Restaurant in Cisano, overlooking the lake. Open kitchen... a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Perfect service, and very good dishes. Crispy and dry fried food. Wine prices are average. Highly recommended...
01/01/2026: Elegant restaurant. Fish and also the chips are amazing. Tiramisu is the best I’ve had since years. Staffs are very friendly. We came 45 minutes before it’s closed at 14:30. We still got the food and can stay over 14:30. There is no rush.
