Ristorante Al Gambero In Soave

They hosted us one rainy spring evening, when there was no room anywhere or other restaurants were closed. The food was great, the wine too. The atmosphere of a real Italian tavern. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent, we had the truffle pasta and lasagna and both were delicious. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was really cozy. I recommend booking a table in advance but if you come early you might be able to get a seat without a reservation. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Soave

Gambero has the potential to soar high, but it falls to the grund because of a lack of attention to detail. The filled tortelli with pea creme was very tasty, but the pasta was burnt and a little chewy. One dish was missing and we were told two minutes. After 10 we went to ask about it, and was met with rudeness "dios mio!" said the waiter and walked away. The headwaiter, I think, was friendly and smiling, but not once came and asked how everything was. The truffle pasta had a scent of truffle and was obviously not fresh. If it is because they have a bad exporter or they use week old truffle, I dont know, but it was not fresh. The plate of meat was low quality cuts and very unevenly cut with thin and very thick. High notes: Porchetta and the sardine brioche! Very Nice! And gives an extra star 👌 All in all, high price, not delivering high quality and a rude waiter 👎

Molto carino ed accogliente,, il locale che già conoscevo. L’attuale gestione è impeccabile sia nel servizio che nella qualità del cibo servito. I tempi del servizio e la presenza dei camerieri perfetti. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Personale molto gentile. Cibo ottimo e di qualità. Noi abbiamo ordinato i bigoli e i tortellini di Valeggio (piatti tipici della zona) ed erano davvero ottimi.
