Excellent experience, seriousness and quality

I had dined here about 20 years ago and remembered having eaten excellently, in a warm and characteristic setting. My wife and I decided to return with high expectations, several of which were disappointed. The large room at the back, where we were seated, is simple and a bit impersonal; the smaller room at the entrance is much nicer and more welcoming. A bread basket with Bibanesi and toasted stale bread—considering all the good bakeries in Noale, this choice is incomprehensible. The menu is very inviting and the dishes are truly delicious, with the fish being extremely fresh and well-prepared. Kudos to the chef. The waiter seems to have stepped out of a Cronenberg film: surly and brusque, lacking professionalism. A few gems: he corrected my wife when she asked what the main courses were off the menu, he took the bread away while we were still eating, and when I asked for a spirit, he told me I had to go look in the windows. They probably recruit certain elements because they are cheap, but it doesn't seem like a very strategic choice.

Excellent restaurant, I recommend it to everyone. Reservations are recommended, as they have a very good wine list. The seafood dishes are very sophisticated. The price is fair for what you order.
