Ristorante Al Cacciatore In Castelgomberto

Let's get started... Restaurant in the center of Castelgomberto, with ample parking in the nearby square. A historic establishment, as historic as the Agosti-Bortoli family, who have run it for seven generations!!! A welcoming and clean atmosphere with super punctual and attentive service. Speaking of the food...we had the guinea fowl tortelli topped with chestnuts and pancetta, which was absolutely mouthwatering. The crespella with porcini mushrooms was also delicious, as was the fillet with green peppercorns. The wine by the glass was also good, as was the bottle of Passito with dessert. I'd say it was an excellent experience!!!

A typical restaurant serving fairly traditional dishes! I recommend the lard appetizer!
