After visiting Crema, we had dinner at this restaurant with a group of about 40 friends. We were greeted with great professionalism and warmth, and the table service was impeccable. We also had the opportunity to taste the typical Cremasca ravioli, made on site, which were a superb success!!! Unbeatable value for money. Thanks to Francesco and Rachele. We will definitely be back.

Ci siamo fermati durante un tour in bicicletta ed è stata una bellissima scoperta. La degustazione dei 5 tipi di tortellini è stata fantastica. VERI tortellini alla vecchia maniera, fatti a mano: pasta sottilissima e ripieni gustosi. I miei preferiti sono stati quelli tradizionali di carne ed alla zucca. Davvero ottimi. Servizio puntuale ed attento tutto improntato alla gentilezza ed all’efficienza . Esperienza estremamente positiva in causo il conto.

12/08/2025: Friendly service and outstanding home cooked food. Wine, pasta, entrees, salad and dessert. Matteo served us two evenings, inside the first night and outside the second. The courtyard is beautiful at night.

02/10/2025: On the outside wall, a plaque identifies the current restaurant as the birthplace of Antonio Ascari, an Alfa Romeo driver from the 1920s and father of the more famous Alberto Ascari, a Ferrari driver and world champion from the 1950s. It should be a typical restaurant, but in reality, except for a few dishes, it offers a rather banal menu. The tagliatelle with duck ragù is good, but the bigoli with sardines is less so. The fried "pessin e saltai" (fish and chips) is awful; the pizza is adequate. Prices are reasonable. On average, it would be two and a half stars... I was being generous.
