Characteristic restaurant that leads to the port of Castellammare in the Gulf of Sicily. We had 2 dishes of pasta, I had good sea urchins, my husband paccheri, aubergines and swordfish and a very tasty salad, a nice salad and a fantastic wine.

We stayed 2 evenings in Castellammare del Golfo and both evenings we ate in this restaurant. The whole menu is delicious, the owner and the waitress are too nice and kind. I absolutely recommend this restaurant both for the good food but also for the beautiful view. Nothing to say but only compliments! (In fact we returned the following evening too)

Tablecloth and paper napkin. Normal kitchen without highlighting. Review invoice, unconsumed products are recorded and those consumed are not recorded. They want to and they can't.

Ho cenato stasera in questo ristorante di Castellammare su un bel terrazzo vista porto. Piatti equilibrati, paccheri succulenti, la tradizione con un tocco in più. Ottimo dolce. Servizio attento e cordiale. Ottima esperienza. Da provare!

Mooie plek, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Eten was heerlijk, met name de tonijncarpaccio en de pasta met garnalen en pistache. Heerlijke, lokale wijn erbij!

The environment and service are unique. We have had very good food in Sicily but the menu at al Burgo was by far one of the best of our holiday. Sofia, Giuseppe and Federico are so friendly that here you quickly feel like you are with friends. We highly recommend eating here.

I had an exceptional experience. The cured seafood and pesto were fantastic, bursting with flavor and freshness. The service was impeccable; Giusseppe treated me like a brother, making me feel right at home. Watching the Italian soccer game outside projected on the wall with the sea view was just awesome. I was thoroughly impressed by the creativity in the dishes and the vibrant ambience. Highly recommended!

Nel tempo il cuoco si è ulteriormente evoluto affiancando piatti tradizionali sempre di alto livello a preparazioni più "moderne", ma senza strafare e utilizzando ingredienti locali di alta qualità con sapiente maestria. Servizio ai tavoli top. Provato menù fisso a ferragosto e sono ancora commosso! Prezzo giusto. Prenotare per tempo.
