A very positive experience, the woman was very knowledgeable, well-prepared, and kind. We enjoyed a welcome entrée of bagna cauda panna cotta on an amazing wafer... and last but not least, a truly delicious poached egg. We had a Smart Box package, all inclusive except for the wine, which, to our great surprise, was complimentary when we received the bill. A very elegant and refined place, with virtually no noise. Highly recommended!

De gustibus, of course... but here the quality speaks for itself. The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Special thanks to Giulia, who guided us with professionalism and passion in choosing wines, making each pairing a surprising discovery. Absolutely worth a try! I chose the 6-course tasting menu, which I found very good, with balanced flavors and interesting pairings. Davide is a chef who works with seasonal local products, presenting them in a fresh way, using modern techniques and elements that pay homage to his Sicilian origins. The service was also excellent.

Run right now and reserve your table at De Gustibus. The innovative food will delight you and the service is beyond excellent. The chef Davide and Giulia (the beverage expert/pastry expert/hospitality expert) partner will take excellent care of you from start to finish taking into account all dietary likes/dislikes or preferences from the 4 or 6 course menu. I recommend a meal at De Gustibus 100%. I’ll be back next time i am in Torino. Also I recommend a visit to the Chieri Duomo and purchasing a bag of grissini from a local panificio. The town is know for its particular style of them called Rubatà.

Excellent experience... My husband and I had dinner on Saturday and it was a culinary experience... excellent food... clean place and motivated staff. A different experience combined with curiosity and quality. I highly recommend it. Barbara
