El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la noche. Los precios están un poco por encima de la media, pero la experiencia general hace que valga la pena.

We were here for the second time to celebrate Easter, we chose a fixed menu and as always, Chef Perini never disappoints! Excellent food, authentic flavors of the territory, with a notable focus on EVO oils from the national territory and friendly and welcoming staff, we will certainly return to taste something new! Beautiful location (what it must be on a sunny day!) and very well looked after, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, among the olive trees of the Borgo I Vicelli farmhouse and a beautiful swimming pool with a view. The restaurant has proposed a fixed menu for Easter, very interesting from start to finish (in the photo some examples: the lamb also present on the menu, the cannelloni made with venison, one entree better than the other and the very good selection of homemade breads). Chef Andrea Perini has been doing incredible things for years research work on each product and in particular he has great mastery in enhancing extra virgin olive oil! It is not limited to the property label, or the regional ones, but tells the story of Italy from north to south. Each dish is paired with a different selected extra virgin olive oil (the pastiera version, with single-varietal coratina, is incredible!). There are very few chefs who manage to do this job today! The oil can be tasted before the tasting sessions and can also be purchased. All of it The staff is very kind and attentive, the atmosphere is very pleasant! We will definitely be back to eat outside of Easter. An experience absolutely worth trying!
