What to say ?!?!? we went last Sunday for lunch. highly recommended, because we enjoyed eating at honest prices!!! The portions are decidedly generous and of high quality, as seasonal foods are used. The kindness of the lady and the staff for the welcome, the availability give an extra pampering and make the climate much more pleasant. The chef came out and went around the tables to ask if everything was okay and took extra care with our children, taking them out (on the veranda) giving them books to read and color. It really feels like home!!! so I would say 5 stars more than deserved

L'accoglienza genuina, vera, sincera della famiglia che gestisce il locale non ha bisogno di artefici e cerimoniali televisivi, il mangiare ottimo e il genuino sapore del vino che accompagnava la cena ha fatto sì che una serata per la tradizione dell'aringa si trasformasse invece in una occasione per scoprire un luogo dove tornare. Consigliatissimo!

Birthday lunch, truly warm welcome; room heated by a beautiful tiled stove; menu of typical Friulian cuisine all homemade, from the bread to the crostoli offered at the end of the meal. Price in line with the quality of the raw material and the service. Absolutely recommended

Dinner for 2 this evening! The place is very special! I loved it, my husband often comes here for lunch, it's very welcoming and warm, it feels like home. The food was excellent!!! The polenta was delicious and the cjiarsons were the best I have ever eaten, thank you for everything!!!

Even if externally it leaves something to be desired, internally it is a truly beautiful place, well set up, above all well furnished, the room with the fireplace is beautiful and the new room with windows is beautiful. Compliments. Quality Friulian food at 0 kilometo, and you can feel it, except for the durum wheat flour products that come from Altamura in the Apulian area. Despite the excellent quality of the raw materials, the foods were not cooked exactly to perfection, the former needed more time and the latter less as they were overcooked on the surface where evident signs of burns could be seen for the meat and the fried food (internal but well cooked). The homemade bread had a strange taste, we asked for explanations as I was thinking of a new recipe or ingredient, we were told that to keep it warm it was placed above the place where the meat was cooked. Bad choice because the bread took on a flavor that wasn't decidedly strange to describe as it absorbed the fumes from cooking the meat. Fast and very helpful staff, friendly chef. It's also a shame about the delivery times of the courses as the food was served at different times for diners at the same table, forcing them to eat alone to avoid the course cooling down. Waiting times were also lengthened as there was confusion with the order of arrival of customers... those who arrived at 12 cannot start eating at 1.00 like those who arrived at 12.45. It may be that since it was a Christmas holiday there was a bit of confusion, maybe we should try again on another day. Apparently it also has rooms to spend the night. Slightly high prices, especially the cover charge, two or three euros less for each dish would have been, more or less, the right amount.

Bel posto tipico con menù vario. Ottima scelta e spiedo top. Cordialità e professionalità dei titolari . Buon vino e superbe grappe. Tutto fatto in casa. Da ritornare spesso.
