Ristorante Ai Celti In Gemona del friuli

The dinner was certainly good but a friend asked for a cut of meat and they didn't have it, my friend and I both wanted a fish dish and in the end we had to make heads or tails because they only had 1, I had some meatballs which weren't bad but to say salty was an understatement. Little choice of wine by the glass. All presented well but I don't think we will return.

Friendly and helpful staff, the place is a bit cold and impersonal. Decent food quality, the chef is committed, but the price-quality ratio is lower than similar places. The "vegan options" unfortunately (as often happens) do not include proteins. Average place.

Before going to Italy, I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat something local. I can't stand touristy dishes. The restaurant was recommended to me at the Da Sisi hotel where I was staying. Tired after 1000 km, I wondered if I would be able to eat anything at all. The waitress greeted me at the entrance. I guess I didn't look like a fan of Italian cuisine because after presenting the set of dishes prepared for that evening, based on local tradition, she suggested that they could prepare something else. Of course I was happy to order a local set. The food was exceptionally tasty, the service was nice and patient - the waitress talked about each dish. The restaurant is worth recommending because I would really have to try very hard to find any fault. My culinary dream has come true. Thank you very much, I will definitely visit you next time.

Excellent cuisine, you can feel the passion of those who work in the kitchen where every detail is not left to chance, delicious, classy dishes offered, environment renovated from how it was years ago, restaurant and staff that will assert themselves in the world of catering
