The team behind ai Castagni has the ability to create culinary delights using quality products prepared following local traditions. Coupled with the wide range of drinks available, the customer is not left disappointed. Team leader Alvaro has the innate ability to put into words the visual, taste and olfactory elements of the prepared dishs. It's like listening to a poetry recital. Guys, my rating is 5 stars

Very good food after a circular hike around Cappella, Fabiano & Seravezza. Was really something special! We ate 4 courses, each made with love and exceeding our already high standards for Tuscan restaurants. Insider tip By the way, the kitchen was only open from 1 to 2 at lunchtime on weekdays. It's best to call and ask.
