Good pizza. They've recently introduced a new dough called PINSA, which is lighter and crispier.
Highly digestible dough made with a mix of flours (wheat, soy, and rice), extra virgin olive oil, and sourdough starter.
Brodetto: good; the only drawback is that the fish used is boneless (perhaps to please the majority of people who don't like fish with bones).

We had pizza, which was very unusual. More than a pizza, it looked like a flaky piadina stuffed like a pizza.
The dishes being passed around looked inviting. We'll be back to try the food.
The place is very large and therefore very noisy when it's crowded.

I had lunch at this restaurant, and despite an event in the other room, the service remained attentive and friendly. The wait times were normal for a busy day, and the waiters did their best to make us feel comfortable.
The set menu didn't feel like a "second-rate" option: it was simple, yes, but well-prepared. The polenta and beans were tasty, and the strozzapreti with mushrooms had a lovely homey flavor. The main courses—the mixed skewer and the rabbit—were also well-cooked and served hot. The portions weren't overwhelming, but just right for a Sunday lunch.
The dessert, a slice of apple pie, was simple but pleasant, just like in a genuine trattoria.
In short: a friendly setting, home-cooked food, and friendly staff even on the busiest days. I'll gladly return.

Agli Olivi is always, absolutely always, a guarantee: from the now "legendary" maccheroncini to the "experiences" of a carefully crafted cuisine expertly characterized by typical local products.

EX - Loyal customers. I'm editing my previous review... birthday lunch.... The bill asked for 11 euros for cutting the cake (which I cut myself!!!!). When I pointed this out to them, they replied: "But I brought you the plates so you could eat the cake!" Well, since I pay the cover charge, it would be normal... their response was: "It works like this everywhere now." And it works like this for less expensive places. It's a semi-private place... there must be a reason.
