I'm staying here at the moment. The rooms are a bit dated in terms of furniture, etc., but very neat and clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive by Italian standards, but not like at a Van der Valk or something :). Different meats, different flavors of yoghurt, baked sandwiches and so on. The day before you will be asked what kind of croissant you want. With cream, chocolate or jam in it. These are then made especially for you. In addition, two home-baked cakes. So great! You hand in your key at the counter. There is someone available 24/7 to help you or answer questions. There is air conditioning in the room to cool or heat, so also ideal! You can stay here for little money! Definitely recommended!

A small hotel left from the 80s and for this reason I liked it with all the limitations compared to new high-performance structures, but I don't care about Riccardo's kindness and helpfulness.

Stayed for over a week, excellent service, fantastic welcome, friendly, kind hoteliers who were very helpful in meeting their customers' needs. Favorable prices and maximum seriousness. Rooms cleaned and sanitized every day in order. Maximum cleanliness and comfort with very friendly check-in service times. Truly excellent for short and long stays. To be recommended to everyone. Very grateful for the stay.

I chose to stay two nights in this hotel given the convenient price on Booking, where I made the reservation. The location of the hotel, for my needs, was convenient because it allowed me to get around on foot. The street it is on appears to be quiet. It is a small and a little dated hotel, but despite this I found it welcoming and the staff were extremely friendly. The room in the photo is a single room: I found it perfectly clean and tidy but there are some signs of wear and tear and there are some defects, such as the low power of the water in the shower or a continuous dripping in the toilet (an aspect that I also noticed in the bathroom near the breakfast room). Unfortunately the rooms are not very soundproof, you can easily hear the noises of the neighbors. Breakfast is very simple but still comes with a bit of everything: cold cuts, bread, jams, butter, packaged plumcakes, croissants (to be ordered at reception the previous day), fruit juices, yogurt and there is a cafeteria. Overall the rating is 3 stars, because my stay was short and I didn't have too many needs. Let's say that for short stays and for generally spending a little less this hotel is more than sufficient. However, you sleep well at night and the environment, albeit with some flaws, is welcoming, above all thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.
