Très beau restaurant, décor soigné. La cuisine est raffinée et le choix des vins intéressant. Le service est moyen car le sourire ne semble pas être la marque du lieu. Néanmoins, si vous logez dans le village ou dans la forteresse, c’est ce restaurant qu’il faut choisir.

A stop for lunch or dinner is mandatory, it is worth the stop for the excellent cuisine, alternative and quality dishes, and for the unique environment in the village of Bard. If you also want to sleep in the hotel, don't miss a super breakfast, a thousand traditional tastings and flavours, and a bit of relaxation at the Spa.

Pizzeria Trattoria Da Manuel

21/09/2025: We went to Manuel's for lunch while visiting Aosta. We made a reservation because I'd read in the reviews that it was a good idea, and after about an hour we went. The place is small, with tables outside and inside. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. We ordered, and without a long wait, our order arrived shortly thereafter. Everything was very good and to our liking, and the price was perfectly in line with the amount of food we ate. An important note... the coffee was excellent!!!
17/09/2025: A wonderful place with authentic Italian cuisine, great appetizers, delicious pasta and pizza, and the tiramisu is heavenly. I highly recommend it when you're in Aosta!!! ❤️❤️❤️

02/10/2025: A top rating, simple yet quality cuisine featuring typical regional products and dishes. We were also pleased with the wines. Adequate prices.
21/09/2025: This place is so beautiful, it's old-fashioned and popular. The food was good and the service was more or less pleasant, it took a bit too long. But the rest of the evening was nice.
