Très beau restaurant, décor soigné. La cuisine est raffinée et le choix des vins intéressant. Le service est moyen car le sourire ne semble pas être la marque du lieu. Néanmoins, si vous logez dans le village ou dans la forteresse, c’est ce restaurant qu’il faut choisir.

A stop for lunch or dinner is mandatory, it is worth the stop for the excellent cuisine, alternative and quality dishes, and for the unique environment in the village of Bard. If you also want to sleep in the hotel, don't miss a super breakfast, a thousand traditional tastings and flavours, and a bit of relaxation at the Spa.

PIATTI OTTIMI SIA PER QUALITA' SIA PER IL GUSTO E SIA PER LA PRESENTAZIONE, PERSONALE GENTILISSIMO E MOLTO ATTENTO A OGNI PICCOLO PARTICOLARE ED ESIGENZA DEL CLIENTE. CONSIGLIATISSIMO...... NOI CI RITORNIAMO SICURAMENTE.

07/06/2025: Restaurant in a hamlet of the beautiful village of Champorcher. Simple but well-kept place, absolutely delicious and abundant dishes and courteous and fast service. Try the carbonara with polenta concia! Absolutely fair price, well done!!

Maison de la Polenta

13/07/2025: Al 31 dicembre 2024, il sig. Felice, il proprietario storico che con sua moglie e la famiglia ha portato avanti una tradizione gastronomica sublime, ha chiuso l'attività. Ci sono stato decine di volte ed ho mangiato SEMPRE benissimo. Non sono ancora andato a provare la nuova gestione, ma hanno da lavorare sodo se vogliono anche solo avvicinarsi a quello che era la precedente.
22/06/2025: Today we had lunch here but the food we thought we would find was not there, the cold cuts platter was very poor, the sour tagliatelle, the polenta concia was not good, the carbonada was not good, we paid 190 euros to be hungry, we will never go back, I'm sorry people say everything is good, they are probably all foreigners, too bad...
