Stunning location, good food, a detail that came to mind: I was poured a negligible quantity of red wine from a pintone which was certainly not Barolo (6 euros), by the looks of it, over 20 glasses would have come out of that bottle, what can I say, great business!

Beautiful, warm and welcoming museum restaurant. Excellent food, dishes with not exaggerated portions and questionable quantity of glass of wine. Overall a good experience, we may return.

Museum restaurant in an old stable from the 1600s. Unique location and excellent food. I visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve and was served an excellent dinner. Very recommended. I'll be back.

Suggestive place, created from an ancient underground building, used as a stable. Very quaint and romantic, excellent food and top notch service. The historic furnishings typical of this valley are wonderful.

Posto stupendo curato e pulito nonostante non sia facile mantenere così bene un locale così ricco di oggetti storici bellissimi e interessanti. Il pranzo è stato molto buono, con portate tipiche piemontesi e di montagna , il servizio eccellente e il conto proporzionato a cosa abbiamo mangiato e bevuto e al luogo(quasi2000m!) . Consiglio vivamente!!!

Excellent lunch, excellent service, adequate bill. Warm and welcoming atmosphere suitable for families with children, but also for a romantic lunch. Book! The place, very interesting and well looked after, is not huge and is at almost 2000m so don't rely on chance!

It's strange how the overall rating is lower than the analytical one, and yet... it may be that providing good food is not enough if you have to wait outside beyond the booking time and that the environment, although beautiful, is still a stable ... good food, mention for the joke and vitello with tuna starter (sublime) and final bonet. The rest so-so. Prices not low.

La scelta dei piatti si è ridotta rispetto la vecchia gestione, Buonissima la battuta di fassona, mentre le ravioles hanno perso.
La location è sempre suggestiva ma il servizio abbastanza distratto, abbiamo finito gli antipasti senza vino, chiesto più volte e abbiamo rinunciato al caffè perché non arrivava.
Qualità prezzo consigliato.
