We were incredibly satisfied after dining here! There's a wide variety of meats; we had the Marchigiana (recommended) and it was divine! We also loved the cold cuts appetizer; the quality is immediately apparent.
A quick aside: I'm celiac, and so is Massimiliano, the owner, and he served us delicious homemade bread and focaccia!
So, this place is highly recommended for gluten-free options, too.

My husband took me there one evening as a surprise!! The location is very elegant and exclusive, and it's a great place to enjoy some truly delicious pieces of dry-aged meat. It's worth a try. Dessert is followed by cantucci and vin santo!!! The staff and owner are top notch! We'll be back.

tavolini in macelleria informali ma curati. ottima vista a 360° fra carni da tutto il mondo e vini. abbiamo mangiato un tagliere di salumi con salsiccia, lonzino, lardo, salame, prosciutto crudo, tutto speciale e una tartare di fassona accompagnata con cipolle caramellate e crema di formaggio ; poi abbiamo preso una serba e una sashi finlandese ottime tutte e due, la prima più delicata la seconda più saporita.
il tutto accompagnato con un grande tignanello.
la spesa elevata era prevista.

I went to this place for dinner. The place is nice, if a little small. There's a wide variety of meats and excellent quality ingredients. If you come here, be prepared to spend, because the bill is bound to be steep (you pay for quality). The staff is friendly.

You can taste the quality (and pay for it). The location is simple but charming, right inside the butcher's shop. I tried the tartare, which was very fresh. The steak is the real star (I tried a Chianina), and it's delicious and filling. The bill is steep, but that's because the quality of the meat speaks for itself. I paid €55 per person, without wine.

An unmissable experience for meat lovers! This butcher shop-restaurant perfectly combines the passion for raw materials and the art of cooking. The variety of steaks is surprising and the quality is truly excellent. As the owner told me – with kindness and a hint of pride – “if it’s less than four fingers, it’s carpaccio”, and in fact each cut served is generous and perfectly enhanced.
The owners and staff are welcoming, competent and passionate: they know how to guide you in your choice with great professionalism and a smile. The price is high, but absolutely proportionate to the quality and overall experience.
Satisfied with my choice, I will definitely return to try some other steaks... maybe even thicker!

Eravamo già stati in questa risto-macelleria e dobbiamo dire che la qualità della carne è di una eccellenza rara. Ci è stato portato un taglio ottimo, cotto in maniera sopraffina. Il tutto nel contesto di un paese come Vicopisano che è un luogo meraviglioso. Forse un po’ troppo caro a mio modesto parere. Anche perché avendo chiesto se il taglio fosse orientativamente di 1 kg mi è stato detto di sì e poi alla fine era di circa 1.5 kg capisco ovviamente le oscillazioni dovute all’osso ecc.
