We walked into this restaurant on a whim because we were starving and were seated quickly, no wait at all for lunch. The service was ok, not as nice as other restaurants. The food made up for the lack of good service. The pasta was amazing, melts in your mouth. And the pizza was delicious too. But the lasagna is the real star here! Skip the espresso, it was not good.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to the Colosseum. The food was excellent and the staff and owner were very friendly. We will definitely make a point to come back the next time we’re in Rome.
