Run by a very nice Italian-French couple. The food is great. There were two of us (my wife and me) and we ate pasta. Really great.

I was on my way back to visit my grandchildren and stopped at PAUSE on the way. I grabbed a snack and... surprise: I rediscovered the pan bagnat of my youth in Nice 🥪❤️. A trip down memory lane, with the same authentic aromas and flavors of yesteryear. Thank you for taking me back in time... I'll definitely be back with my family!

At PAUSE, I found exactly what I was looking for: a welcoming restaurant with a family atmosphere, yet meticulous attention to detail. The daily menu changes constantly and manages to surprise with simple yet flavorful dishes. I tried the polenta and sausage, and it was fantastic! The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel truly at home... maybe even better 😉. I'll definitely be back, because every visit is a small, pleasurable experience.

I didn't know it before when it was still Bar Da Zava di Fabio Zavagno, but I had a great time! During our stopover in Cuneo, Fabienne was able to offer us some very nice dishes! The menu is more than sufficient so that it took me a while to choose! Highly recommended! I will definitely stop by here if I come back!

21/01/2026: An exclusive and inviting restaurant with a very high-quality and interesting selection of fish, meat, and pasta. The ambiance and service are excellent, and the price-performance ratio is reasonable. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
11/01/2026: Small place, average bathroom, and excellent service. But the real star of this place is the pizza. I don't know if I should compliment the baker or the oven, but the pizza is a unique delicacy. Simply every aspect of the pizza, from the dough to the ingredients, is perfect. As soon as I left, I was shocked by how beautiful and well-made it was, with ingredients in excellent quantities and perfectly distributed. I ordered a diavola. I felt like I was the food critic from the movie Ratatouille, having a flashback as soon as I tasted it. I never recommend random places just because I had a good experience. But here, I have to say that if you have the opportunity, you MUST try their pizza. They also do takeout, as far as I understand.

01/03/2026: Quiet place, very good food. I stopped for a business lunch. Excellent selection of dishes, excellent service. The dining room is quite large, but a reservation is a good idea.
16/02/2026: Characteristic atmosphere, cheerful and willing staff and truly well-made dishes.
