24/08/2025: It's in a truly beautiful location, surrounded by nature. We stumbled upon it by chance, and it was wonderful to see free-roaming animals like cows, ducks, donkeys, and so on.
We came here attracted by the live music. We only had coffee, but we'll definitely be back since they also serve food.
22/08/2025: We had lunch and dinner at both La Tana del lupo locations, enjoying both grilled meat and pizza.
We had lunch by the lake at the Baita, which was already very busy at 12:00. The very kind staff warned us about the wait and took our reservation anyway, since we decided to stay for lunch anyway. We were also intrigued by the open BBQ area, already open, and by the skill and passion with which the staff handled the meats.
We ordered a sliced steak and a grilled sirloin, fried porcini mushrooms, and roasted potatoes.
Everything was delicious, especially the excellent meat and the perfect cooking, which left it tender, succulent, and flavorful—a masterpiece!
The pizza we ordered for dinner at the Rifugio was also excellent: plentiful, well-seasoned, balanced, and cooked to perfection without burnt bubbles (which I hate).
We'll definitely be back! A shout out to the owner and the truly top-notch staff!
