I have been frequenting this place for years and it remains a staple, rustic but well-kept place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent quality products, for those who love risotto, price slightly above average but you pay for the quality, I recommend

When we pass to Isola della Scala, it is impossible not to stop at the first real Melotti restaurant. Risotto with tastasal, known as island style, wonderful. Other products are also good and a huge choice of risottos. I always stock up on their products that are sold to the public. Friendly and precise service. Highly recommended.

A guarantee! Top risottos! Personally I recommend the risotto all'amarone followed by the risotto all'isolana. The desserts are also excellent Happy oasis for celiacs. The place is welcoming and familiar, just like the staff. HONEST price. TIP ☺️

This place was recommended to us by the owner of the b&b we stayed in. What can we say? A fantastic discovery. Risotto is superb: both the island style one and the one with red onions, balsamic vinegar glaze and bacon are delicious, delicate but at the same time tasty. The portions are large but you don't struggle to finish it because it is so good. The platter and rice ice cream are also highly recommended. Fast and attentive service, small but well-kept place. Absolutely to return

Mi sono fermato casualmente per pranzo durante un viaggio di lavoro... Ottima scelta. Il risotto all'isolano che ho gustato era speciale oltre che abbondante. Ottima cottura, sapori bilanciati, cremoso. Si vede che siamo nella patria del riso. Prezzo ottimo e personale professionale. Consigliato!

Trattoria semplice ma ospitale. Personale empatico e cortese oltre che tutti gentili. Che dire eravamo in 4 tutti coi capelli bianchi ma sinceramente dei risotti così non li abbiamo mai mangiati in vita nostra. Non aggiungo altro

28/08/2024: Our 5 stars go to Teresa and her authenticity. He welcomed us and treated us very well, with attention and care towards our needs and those of our 3 children. We decided to stay here one night to break up the journey between Lake Como and South Tyrol. We were unable to use the restaurant because it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but we were pleasantly redirected to the Trattoria la Torre 200 meters away, still managed by the same owners of the inn. Simple breakfast but with fresh products and a wide choice of homemade cakes. The 9 rooms, as well as the restaurant and the 2 apartments, were created from an old oil mill from the 1700s. Our quadruple room, FAVAROL, is the perfect size for the spaces that a family of 5 requires. It has 2 double beds and plenty of space to turn around even with open luggage. What can I say, highly recommended!
18/08/2024: Really friendly, a real family vibe. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the surrounding hills are picturesque. Therese is so warm and hospitable. I really loved this place. The restaurant was good, but there aren’t many vegetarian options.
