02/02/2025: In the countryside of Argelato, a truly typical place, where you can taste traditional Bolognese cuisine. Family-run place, menu listed at the table and some goodies to try: tortellini in broth, guinea fowl baked in foil (with their fries or mashed potatoes on the side) and their creme caramel. Correct price, quality of food at "grandma's cooking on Sunday" level. Advised!
