In short, the tradition continues but I have not found any innovation or improvement compared to the event 5 years ago. It remains a fair visited by many almost as if it were a must but, in short, I didn't find anything exceptional, apart from the price of the rice dish which continues to grow as if you ate lobster...

Inside the Ferron estate, on the occasion of the rice fair, this space is set up to taste various qualities of rice with different seasoning variations. Excellent service and organisation. Unlike palarisitaly you are accompanied to the table and served with steel cutlery and ceramic plates. Much less chaotic than the classic trade fair space. At the weekend there is no possibility of booking but there is no waiting anyway. You enter practically immediately.

Excellent service, high prices, small portions of rice although of good quality.

Anno dopo anno la qualità e le dimensioni delle portate diminuiscono, mentre i prezzi aumentano.... non so se tornerò alla prossima fiera.

Buon cibo e buon servizio , forse potrebbero aumentare le porzioni servite visti i prezzi aumentati .
