This is definitely a place I like among the many grills and burger joints in Varese. Their authentic burgers are all made on-site with artisanal bread, and they have a good variety of options for both lunch and dinner. I really like the burgers at Boia and Angelo because they have balanced flavors. The pulled pork is a must-try. A reasonable number of people can be seated outside for lunch or dinner when the weather permits; reservations are recommended.

A small but truly charming place, the atmosphere is reminiscent of old Emilian taverns, with tables pushed together and diners sitting close together. If that seems like a flaw, I can assure you it isn't; on the contrary, it makes the experience more convivial. The meat, which reigns supreme, is high-quality, cooked to perfection and served with the perfect accompaniment. The beers are as tasty as the desserts and sides. Kudos to the creative burgers, which are a dish that's hard to impress these days, and here they succeed. Two final, and not insignificant, notes: the impeccable and extremely friendly service and the price, much lower than you might expect. Definitely a gem worth returning to.

The atmosphere is small but very welcoming, and the owners are super professional and kind. The open kitchen, which for me is synonymous with quality and cleanliness, is a testament to the restaurant's exceptional quality. We had a Florentine steak for two that was out of this world, meat from the family butcher shop, and a 250g cheeseburger that our toddler devoured. We'll definitely be back.

Ripoli is always good. Meat is awesome top quality and great preparation. I usualy order burgers, which are well prepared, tasty, with premium ingredients. They have a good selection of drinks, with interesting wines, and local beers.
