Ripoli is always good. Meat is awesome top quality and great preparation. I usualy order burgers, which are well prepared, tasty, with premium ingredients. They have a good selection of drinks, with interesting wines, and local beers.

Top, dinner with family, everything good..... The atmosphere is a bit noisy... but that's fine 💪

Fabulous... I, a Roman from Rome who moved to the north, haven't had porchetta like the one I ate today in ages. The rest was excellent, too, and the management. Highly recommended.

Griglieria Ripoli is a true gem in Varese; top-quality meat, perfectly prepared and served by impeccable staff: courteous, professional, and always smiling. The place is truly beautiful: thoughtful design, refined ambiance, and attention to detail are evident in every corner. A place where taste, atmosphere, and hospitality come together perfectly. Everything was excellent. It's fantastic that the restaurant has an on-site butcher shop, so the meat is all super fresh. We had excellent burgers. The place is very nice and the staff are very friendly.

A small restaurant with meticulous attention to detail. We dined at the counter overlooking the kitchen. We ordered two plates of tartare, which were very good, light and delicate. This was followed by a fillet steak and the Asado. The fillet steak was delicious; the meat was high-quality and perfectly cooked. The only flaw, in our opinion, was that the side dishes were overpriced for the portions offered. I ordered a mixed salad for €6, which must have been 30g, at most. My companion ordered baked potatoes, also for €6, and the portion was really small. Despite this, the experience was still positive and we'll be back.

On Saturday evening, we went for dinner with friends. After ordering, we had to change our order because some cuts of meat were missing—twice. The meat itself wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. We had to order coffee before dessert because they had to clean the coffee machine. After handing us the dessert menu, they told us the kitchen was closed and they couldn't bring it to us anymore. It was only 11:00 PM, and we had a 9:00 PM reservation. There were also some cooking errors, and some side dishes arrived halfway through the course. No one, except the youngest waiter, who was the only kind one, apologized in any way. They didn't even offer coffee or liqueur, or even a small discount. The bill was steep and not commensurate with the dinner and, especially, the service we received. The food was good, but there are many other similar, better places. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're a large group.
