16/09/2024: I would have liked to give 3 and a half stars, but that's not possible. We had dinner as soon as we arrived in Rimini, a nice place, well looked after, only place outside with high tables and stools. Service as always courteous and fast, even though we were only 2 tables. But let's get to the concrete, the piade. Overall good, the piadina is said to be made with wholemeal flour and perhaps this makes it more "crispy" than the others, the flavors are many as always, too many for me but that's my opinion, and the ingredients we chose are good, but very few. This is the criticism and the reason for the few stars. The piadinas are too empty and I keep my distance with too much. It's hard to feel the flavor beyond the piada. Ok, the stylish place so to speak, the nice presentation, the choice of certainly quality ingredients, but a bit of substance is needed, also because at that price you can also eat a gourmet sandwich and I'm from Rome, not really the city cheapest in Italy...
