I had a great experience; the coffee specialist was friendly, empathetic, asking questions about my coffee experience and she professionally helped me picked the right coffees, she made me try the Aerocino cappuccino while giving me the right amount of information at the tasting area. I even bought the pink one because she made me think about my personal style and environment I live in.

Today I went to the NESPRESSO Roma Cola di Rienzo boutique to buy a case of Vertuo coffee while waiting to receive the large order made online (not delivered as expected). I found very kind staff and especially Marco, he unblocked a problem with the credit risking at the end of the shift to miss the train to help his colleague in resolving the problem. Thank you so much, there is a need for people like you, competent and with a smile, ready to satisfy the customer's requests.

Courtesy and kindness of the truly pleasant staff. I would like to talk about Mrs Roberta who followed us from start to finish, answered all our questions with great patience, listening to our needs and giving valuable advice. Finally he let us try a new coffee with pumpkin and cinnamon, whipped cream and cinnamon biscuits. Truly a niche! Thanks again. Never without nespresso coffee. 30/05/2025: 31/12/2022 I spent New Year here with my ex-girlfriend, it's almost been three years. The steak was delicious, and the waiter enthusiastically explained the red wine and steak, which was great. I will go there again when I go to Italy.

02/03/2025: Encontramos Saltimbocca San Lorenzo por casualidad y qué hallazgo. La comida era abundante y delicioso, el servicio y el precio eran buenos. Disfrutamos tanto del filete de solomillo, pedimos otro y el pistacho semifreddo - solo WOW! Sin duda recomendaría este restaurante.
