Friendly, efficient, and professional A little pricey, but worth it

I'm a regular Nespresso customer here at Cola di Rienzo. I've had a subscription with them for a long time. I'm always greeted impeccably by the entire team, with excellent recipes to savor the latest releases. A special thanks to Roberta, Andrea, and Eleonora, who are always smiling and ready to help.

My experience at this boutique, located on the ground floor of Coin Excelsior on Via Cola di Rienzo, was very positive. Marco and his colleagues were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, ready to provide any information about the products and the status of my Nespresso account. I will definitely be back!

The staff at the Nespresso Boutique in Cola di Rienzo is always very competent and welcoming, but today I must compliment and thank Mattia for his courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness—qualities not always found among sales staff. Kudos to Nespresso for selecting and training its staff.

I had a great experience; the coffee specialist was friendly, empathetic, asking questions about my coffee experience and she professionally helped me picked the right coffees, she made me try the Aerocino cappuccino while giving me the right amount of information at the tasting area. I even bought the pink one because she made me think about my personal style and environment I live in.

Today I went to the NESPRESSO Roma Cola di Rienzo boutique to buy a case of Vertuo coffee while waiting to receive the large order made online (not delivered as expected). I found very kind staff and especially Marco, he unblocked a problem with the credit risking at the end of the shift to miss the train to help his colleague in resolving the problem. Thank you so much, there is a need for people like you, competent and with a smile, ready to satisfy the customer's requests.
