My boyfriend gave me this beautiful chocolate figurine representing a voodoo doll. The shop is very welcoming and tidy and the shop assistants who served us were professional and witty in the right measure. The chocolate is really good and despite being quite fragile it remained intact until I ate a piece.

Excellent modern pastry shop in the center of Milan I went to this modern pastry shop with my girlfriend for breakfast during a weekend in Milan. The restaurant is located next to the Vittorio Emanuele II gallery not far from the Teatro alla Scala. The interior is quite large and has mezzanine seating. Beautiful desserts, both modern and traditional, are offered. The color shades of the macarons are fantastic. I had a streaky pistachio brioche which I found very tasty and very filling. I accompanied it with a hot tea. The prices, considering the location and the quality of the products, are honest.

Great place for a walking break along the Duomo. We ordered various desserts but the most delicious was the Tiramisu. There is a setting area above if you would like to dine in.

05/11/2024: Dopo quasi 20 anni o forse più ci sono tornata . Beh … anni fa era strepitoso . Ora è normale . Buono il panino però .. costoso e non con gusti strani e particolari .
26/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un panino con mia moglie perchè vicino al nostro B&B e devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene. Personale cortese e buona qualità. E soprattutto prezzi discreti, che a Milano non è poco/scontato.

Antica Pizza Fritta da Zia Esterina Sorbillo

27/07/2024: Sono stato in questa pizzeria per pranzo con la mia ragazza in occasione di un fine settimana a Milano. Il locale è molto piccolo e offre solo pizze fritte da asporto, lo ho preso quella completa ai cicoli. Il servizio avviene velocemente, prima si paga poi si riceve un numero e si attende il completamento del proprio ordine. Ho trova la pizza, piegata a mezza luna, buonissima e molto leggera nonostante gli ingredienti. Il prezzo, 4,80 euro, è molto basso per essere in pieno centro a Milano.
02/05/2024: Già recensito in precedente viaggio lombardo. Questa volta siamo meno fortunati poiché la pizza viene tirata meno cotta dalla friggitrice e poi la provola affumicata è troppo invasiva copre tutti gli altri sapori. Ci torneremo.
