Amazing location, comfortable rooms. Food and service were average but I was more than happy to be here after a rough day on the trail!

We only had lunch: excellent location, beautiful lake behind the refuge. Top food, service and staff!

We were lucky enough to get a double room, which, as is usual in a mountain hut, only consisted of a double bunk bed. Sanitary facilities were clean. The team was always in a good mood, the service and especially the food was great. The location and the view is great. Therefore full marks.

Came for dessert and coffee after hike - it didn’t disappoint! And the staff was so friendly ❄️

We had lunch here, having come up from Palafavera, after a visit to the lake of the same name. The refuge is perfectly maintained, it has a room with cables for hanging out wet clothing and for storing backpacks, equipped with a stove. The menu is very varied and the prices are normal, considering that we are at more than 2000m above sea level. Excellent cold dish, a platter with delicious cured meats and cheeses. The tagliatelle with venison ragi were endless, super portions (especially the desserts), the dumplings were also really excellent! The staff is truly exceptional, we had the pleasure of having a chat with them and they were very welcoming and nice. I looked around the bivouac under the refuge and it seemed to be new and just built, well done!

Funny and inefficient way of ordering dinner. Extremely loud and crowded common area. Super windy location and cold rooms. Food is good.
