Nature, silence, simplicity. I recommend it for those who are not pretentious and stop at formalities. The Umbrian forest in which the restaurant is immersed is a pearl of our territory, perhaps underestimated.

Awesome place right in the nature but still easy to reach by car. Magnificent nature and delicious food. Besides the donkeys, chicken and deers we also encountered the most loyal dog. As we arrived we petted her for a few minutes but as we set off to hike she ran into the forest. At first we were worried cause she just ran off like that through the deepest bush but she somehow always appeared right in front of us. We thought it was a funny coincidence and the dog just went for a casual walk by herself but after a while she still was right with us and even waited to make sure we’re still there just to disappear in the forest again. After she got used to us and got a little tired she stayed by our side for the next 4 hours and completed the entire trail with us. At one point we went back for a bit as we weren’t sure which way to take and the dog who was way ahead returned all the way back to us. After we left the restaurant again she came in a second to say goodbye and get some more cuddles. As we love pets but don’t have enough space and time it didn’t only make our day but it surely was the best experience of the month to have a dog who accompanied us even if only knew her for a few minutes.

Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery. Delicious food, friendly, helpful and friendly managers and staff. I was sad to leave. Experience to be repeated.

A place of the heart. A refuge in the true sense of the word. Mrs. Fausta, a renowned chef in Italian slow food, offers refreshment with delicacies made with her own hands. Don't miss the Limoli bitter! The place is immersed in the Umbrian forest so much that it makes you forget you are in Puglia, the rooms are clean and welcoming, excellent food, excellent advice on where to go both for trekking (many routes start right from there) and if you want to move around. The lady also offers the possibility of "wild" camping in her spaces. I can't wait to return every time I think about it. UNMISSABLE.
