Dining at Faustina's is an authentic experience, and above all, it reflects the wonderful land where her refuge is located. I've never used the B&B, but eating at the Sfilzi refuge is a habit I continue to enjoy year after year.

Excellent cuisine and welcoming, friendly staff. The Umbra Forest is wonderful, worth visiting at least once in your life: incredible nature overlooking the sea, a vast forest. The owner of the refuge is a fantastic woman who has made her products known around the world: photos with many famous faces, including King Charles of England. I highly recommend it to everyone: quality and fair prices.

Fabulous place, a MUST stop if you're going up to the Forest! Very fair prices, super-quality food, excellent service, and MORE than generous portions! It's a good thing we decided to split the courses (1 appetizer, 1 first course, and 1 second course), otherwise I would have had to empty my girlfriend's plates too! The appetizer and the second course, "Gargano goat in water and salt," were truly noteworthy. It tasted like a cloud of meat, it literally melted in your mouth. The cats that hang out among the tables are an added bonus, in my opinion. Well done, well done, well done.

It was a beautiful experience, outdoor tables to enjoy the wonderful landscape and the healthy air, local food and excellent quality. The owner, a friendly and welcoming lady, personally offered the delicacies she produced... I will definitely return...

28/05/2025: A beautiful dinner in an elegant and relaxing environment, far from the chaos that now prevails in any restaurant on a Saturday evening. Elegant dishes with excellent raw materials, of the highest quality, the menu is concentrated on a few courses but elaborated at the highest levels of cuisine. Recommended for candlelit dinners, or with small groups of friends, also because the vast choice of wine and other alcohol can make you spend a superlative evening!!! Excellent, from all points of view, I would only give a little advice: coffee should always be there after dinner! For the rest, everything perfect!
18/05/2025: Uva rara is a special place, a rare pearl in the Foggia panorama, a bit of a wine shop, a bit of a restaurant, both high-level things. The interior of the place is a living room, it has a cozy and serene atmosphere, informal and well-kept. The food is very good, both cold and hot dishes, with uncommon choices (the anchovies with Saint Marcellino are worth trying, the pork belly as well). The drinks are equally good, with excellent bottles (and not just wine, but also spirits and cocktails), and with staff who know how to help you in your choice and dedicate time to you. People are the secret ingredient of the place, once you get in tune it's like going to dinner with friends.
