Pleasant... an old forestry barracks renovated and transformed into a refuge for nature lovers within the Umbrian forest... near a small lake and many possible excursions to do... kind and helpful staff... highly recommended... thanks for the welcome!

We had lunch at this very nice place, with a very limited menu. The starters and main courses were nothing special. The prices were not commensurate with the quality.

Dining at Faustina's is an authentic experience, and above all, it reflects the wonderful land where her refuge is located. I've never used the B&B, but eating at the Sfilzi refuge is a habit I continue to enjoy year after year.

Excellent cuisine and welcoming, friendly staff.
The Umbra Forest is wonderful, worth visiting at least once in your life: incredible nature overlooking the sea, a vast forest.
The owner of the refuge is a fantastic woman who has made her products known around the world: photos with many famous faces, including King Charles of England.
I highly recommend it to everyone: quality and fair prices.

Fabulous place, a MUST stop if you're going up to the Forest! Very fair prices, super-quality food, excellent service, and MORE than generous portions! It's a good thing we decided to split the courses (1 appetizer, 1 first course, and 1 second course), otherwise I would have had to empty my girlfriend's plates too! The appetizer and the second course, "Gargano goat in water and salt," were truly noteworthy. It tasted like a cloud of meat, it literally melted in your mouth. The cats that hang out among the tables are an added bonus, in my opinion. Well done, well done, well done.
