Rifugio Schia In Tizzano val parma

With the new management the refuge is back at the top. Kindness, excellent and fast service, menu finally from a true Parma mountain refuge: polenta + wild boar, polenta + gorgonzola, risotto with porcini mushrooms, tortelli tutti, anolini in broth, roasts with potatoes and much more. The bar is also excellent, they have sandwiches and pizzas by the slice for those who prefer a packed lunch and excellent tarts and cakes. Obviously hot chocolate. Absolutely honest prices, friendliness and quality: it was a pleasant return, now I will start going there more often.
