Places like this are paid only for the location, although I would like to see if when going up you would come across a car in front of you, yes for thrill seekers. I find the food to be normal, nothing special to report, good but nothing more. Honest

Sunday lunch, wonderful day, delicious place, we had 4 first courses, the tiramisu were good but the slightly dry buckwheat and hazelnut cakes should be served accompanied by an ice cream or something that softens them. House wine ni.
100 euros for 4 people.

The San Lucio Refuge in Clusone is an ideal destination for those who love the mountains and good food. We recently stopped for lunch without a reservation and were greeted with great hospitality by Simona, Giovanni and all the staff, to whom our compliments go. The location of the refuge is enchanting, located in a splendid location that can also be reached on foot, leaving the car at Spessa. The climb takes about an hour and is quite challenging, but absolutely doable and worth the effort. The welcoming environment and impeccable service made us feel at home. We highly recommend a visit to this refuge, both for the beauty of the place and for the excellent quality of the food and service. Well done everyone!

Excellent rabbit, the casoncelli on the other hand cooked or closed badly: they lost a good part of the filling. Too bad they were delicious.

Sono stata domenica (ieri) a pranzo con la mia famiglia e amici, l’avevo trovato per caso su internet cercando ristoranti gin vista. Ho fatto bingo!! Raggiungibile in auto, vista bellissima sulla valle, circondato da prati e boschi, cibo molto buono e prezzi onesti. Nonostante ci fosse molta gente il servizio è celere e il personale molto gentile. Abbiamo provato sia i primi (casoncelli e gnocchi al formaggio fuso) sia i secondi (involtini, polenta e formaggio, degustazione formaggi di capra con polenta…), tutto buono. Il dolce: crostata noci e fichi arrivata calda, una delizia.
Consigliatissimo….top per chi ha bambini o pelosetti !!

Definitely a very beautiful location due above all to the position from which you can enjoy an exceptional view over the entire valley
You can get there after a nice 45 minute walk along the direct route (a little tiring) or a slightly gentler walk of over an hour
The food is good, but 3 euros cover charge in a refuge 🤨...., but still...., they are definitely too many, furthermore the portions (first courses) seemed quite small to me, even if going out (of the series the The neighbor's grass is always the best). I'm sorry I didn't take any photos. Anyway, we'll see until the next time,....if there will be!😉

Due parole introduttive. 1. La strada è tutta asfaltata. 2.parcheggio a pagamento, gratta e sosta ma anche Easy Park. 3. Turni a pranzo, 12, 13.30, 14.30. Vista spettacolare sulla valle di Clusone, Presolana, monte Pora. Cibo: 1 tagliere musti salumi/formaggi, Goulash con polenta e funghi, cervo ai mirtilli con polenta e funghi, calice di rosso, birra Weiss, acqua, caffè. 64 euro. Ben spesi: cibo ottimo, vista grandiosa, cortesia ed efficienza del personale. Bravi! PS - Prenotate, è spesso pieno!
