Good food, typical cuisine in a very nice indoor and outdoor environment.

Food, prices and quantity are average, perhaps the quantity of the second courses should be reviewed.

We had lunch on Saturday 24th May 25th, as always excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere... Really good and friendly waitresses....also very good the lady. Rosita in charge of cooking the meat... Really recommended for those passing through Umbria.

Great location on the Martani mountains, hiking trails, very helpful owners, friendly staff, they don't have much variety of food in general, simple dishes and grilled meat, average prices

We returned last night after the reopening with the new management and we were pleasantly surprised... the place has come back to life with changes that make it welcoming and above all warm... the staff were all friendly and the food (typical Umbrian) I would say was more than satisfactory! Then the improvements can certainly be achieved but from what we have seen, the path is certainly the right one! Overall, we definitely recommend it and will return

I returned to Rifugio San Gaspare after the recent reopening (17 April) and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant has undergone a beautiful renovation which makes it even more welcoming, while maintaining the warm and authentic atmosphere that has always distinguished it. New management, but the same passion for tradition: the menu highlights local flavors with 0 km ingredients and typical dishes, with attention to the smallest details. Attentive and friendly service, you can feel the desire to do well and make guests feel at home. A beautiful rebirth for a historic place! Highly recommended!!!

Desidero condividere con voi un aggiornamento importante: il ristorante è ora sotto una nuova gestione. Abbiamo preso in carico questo locale con grande entusiasmo, consapevoli della bella storia che lo ha preceduto e desiderosi di portare avanti un servizio di qualità, aggiungendo un nostro tocco personale. Abbiamo effettuato alcuni adeguamenti agli spazi, con l’intento di renderli ancora più accoglienti e funzionali, nel pieno rispetto dell’identità originale del ristorante. Troverete nuove foto della sala e delle pietanze, che raccontano meglio l’atmosfera che vogliamo creare e il nuovo menu che abbiamo studiato con cura, valorizzando ingredienti freschi e locali. Un sentito ringraziamento va alla precedente gestione, per il lavoro svolto negli anni e per averci lasciato una base solida su cui costruire. Il nostro impegno è quello di mantenere alto il livello del servizio, ascoltando sempre i feedback dei nostri clienti per migliorarci ogni giorno.
