Rustic and original place, it really gives you the idea of ​​being in the mountains, very beautiful like the view, kind and helpful staff, beautiful and high quality dishes, really highly recommended for groups but also for evenings with small groups

Local rustic refuge out of time at more than 1,000m above sea level. Large wood-burning fireplace that heats the entire room and where grilled meat is cooked with embers and focaccia bread is cooked for the tables. Friendly and helpful room attendant. Excellent house wine. Very good mixed starter, rich and plentiful. First: truffle ragu, really good and tasty. For the second course: an excellent mixed grilled roast. Abundant dishes and honest prices. The owner, with teary eyes, told us that it will close forever at the end of December due to the increase in rent and we were very sorry about this, because it is a place to be preserved and carried forward as it is unique and rare. I hope that the authorities do something to prevent the closure of such a particular attractive and tourist place, to which the owner and his wife have dedicated almost their entire lives. In the meantime I recommend everyone to try it and make it known, so as not to close it down.

Rustic place with an open fire, far away, high up on the mountain. Something very special. High recommendation for anyone who appreciates something authentic and down-to-earth.

Maybe I'm conditioned by the homonymy but every time I come back up here I feel at home. Here I found what I always look for in every place: love for one's work and not for the god of money. Of course, everything can be improved, but for me this place is fine as it is. To the fateful question, WOULD YOU GO BACK? I enthusiastically reply YES, I can't wait.

Una vera sorpresa!!! In un bellissimo luogo sperduto sulle colline umbre vicine a Todi ho trovato una cucina antica e buonissima, personale molto gentile e disponibile un camino di altri tempi in cui venivano cucinati i cibi davanti ai nostri occhi !!! Olio nuovo veramente speciale tanto che ne abbiamo acquistato non poco.

After a walk, we went to the refuge that Lost had suggested to us and which was hosting us. A beautiful lit fireplace awaited us and very hot food was growing on the griddle. Good food for those who love home cooking.

A wonderful place with simple but among the best cuisine ever. Never eaten a lamb like this was truly super. We will come back to visit you

A few days ago, since we were on holiday in those areas, this place was recommended to us, to have a dinner based on grilled meat in a wood oven, a recommendation with a positive final outcome, very friendly and witty staff as it should be in every local, excellent products especially their typical focaccia, very good first courses based on truffles from the area and very tasty the mixed grill which in Umbria they call mixed roasts, in the end the bill was lower than expected, given that we come from Liguria where the prices are much higher, if we return to those parts in the future we will certainly know where to go for dinner, I recommend it to everyone.
