Rifugio San Gaspare In Spoleto

We went without a reservation on a Sunday for lunch. They were busy, but they still found a way to accommodate us. Fast service, excellent food.

The new management has proven to be very effective, although there's considerable room for improvement. The food is high-quality, though not abundant, and the staff is young and courteous. A small parking lot offers views of the valley below. Suitable for functions such as birthday parties, weddings, first communions, and confirmations. Tables are suitable for small or large groups, or at least adaptable. Given the restaurant's altitude, a light jacket is recommended, even in summer. In winter, it may be difficult to reach due to snow or ice.

An exceptional experience. Under the new management, we were amazed by the high quality of the food, the generous portions, and the staff's passion. Highly recommended! :)

I stayed at the Rifugio San Gaspare with my family and friends. A beautiful location with a breathtaking view. We ate deliciously. The truffle strangozzo and porcini mushroom fettuccine were TOP! I really appreciated the kindness of the owner, who was very sweet and attentive to my two small children (she didn't charge us for my son's fettuccia in bianco). I highly recommend it!!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Rifugio San Gaspare la sera del 10 agosto (San Lorenzo) e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. La cucina umbra è stata rappresentata in modo autentico e i piatti erano gustosi e ben preparati! Il bello di questo ristorante è che si mangia all'aperto, godendo di un panorama bellissimo della campagna umbra. L'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante, perfetta per una cena in compagnia.Consiglio di provare i piatti tipici della cucina umbra, come la torta al testo e le pappardelle al cinghiale. Il servizio è cordiale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Un buon posto per una cena autentica e ad un buon prezzo nella bella Umbria!

For the first time on Sunday, my partner and I had the pleasure of having lunch at this super cute and relaxing location with a breathtaking view. The food and service were excellent, and the owner was very friendly and professional. We had our three furry children with us, who appreciated the warm welcome from all the staff. Delicious meat, very charming and a great view

After taking a wrong turn and passing through the mountains, we arrived at this wonderful location with a beautiful panoramic view. We had an excellent appetizer of cured meats and cheeses (the prosciutto was thickly sliced, just the way I like it), grilled meat, sautéed herbs, and a ricotta and almond brick... All delicious. Abbiamo preso in carico questo locale con grande entusiasmo, consapevoli della bella storia che lo ha preceduto e desiderosi di portare avanti un servizio di qualità, aggiungendo un nostro tocco personale. Abbiamo effettuato alcuni adeguamenti agli spazi, con l’intento di renderli ancora più accoglienti e funzionali, nel pieno rispetto dell’identità originale del ristorante. Troverete nuove foto della sala e delle pietanze, che raccontano meglio l’atmosfera che vogliamo creare e il nuovo menu che abbiamo studiato con cura, valorizzando ingredienti freschi e locali. Un sentito ringraziamento va alla precedente gestione, per il lavoro svolto negli anni e per averci lasciato una base solida su cui costruire. Il nostro impegno è quello di mantenere alto il livello del servizio, ascoltando sempre i feedback dei nostri clienti per migliorarci ogni giorno.
