La nuova gestione è veramente brava: ha saputo mantenere l'essenza del posto, ma aggiungendo un tocco di freschezza e innovazione. Il servizio è cordiale e attento, e il personale è sempre disponibile a soddisfare le tue esigenze. Ma ciò che rende questo posto veramente speciale è l'ambiente: una location suggestiva e panoramica che ti lascia senza fiato. Delicious meat, very charming and a great view

A wonderful grill restaurant. The pure taste of grilled meat. It was truly delicious, but we ordered way too much. The primo are large portions, and the meat is perfect for sharing between two people. Thank you for the friendly service and the purity of the dish. This is Italy at its finest! The view from the top of the mountain is enchanting, and the road there is really easy to drive.

After taking a wrong turn and passing through the mountains, we arrived at this wonderful location with a beautiful panoramic view. We had an excellent appetizer of cured meats and cheeses (the prosciutto was thickly sliced, just the way I like it), grilled meat, sautéed herbs, and a ricotta and almond brick... All delicious. I was hoping for better, but I want to go back to try the first courses.

Today, August 2, 2025, we had lunch at the San Gaspare refuge. As always, the service was excellent, but it was a shame about the gnocchi with Sagrantino wine (neither praise nor infamy), the grilled meat was very spicy... we missed Mrs. Rosita, the handyman... 3/5.

The food is delicious and the landscape is suggestive.

A beautiful stone farmhouse surrounded by greenery, atop Mount Giano dell'Umbria. During our vacation in Umbria, my partner and I decided to spend a refreshing evening at this restaurant. The cuisine is delicious, with a wealth of local specialties, all delicious. The staff was very friendly, and once we'd finished eating, they suggested we continue the evening outside, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the Umbrian valley. We hope to return soon!

Abbiamo preso in carico questo locale con grande entusiasmo, consapevoli della bella storia che lo ha preceduto e desiderosi di portare avanti un servizio di qualità, aggiungendo un nostro tocco personale. Abbiamo effettuato alcuni adeguamenti agli spazi, con l’intento di renderli ancora più accoglienti e funzionali, nel pieno rispetto dell’identità originale del ristorante. Troverete nuove foto della sala e delle pietanze, che raccontano meglio l’atmosfera che vogliamo creare e il nuovo menu che abbiamo studiato con cura, valorizzando ingredienti freschi e locali. Un sentito ringraziamento va alla precedente gestione, per il lavoro svolto negli anni e per averci lasciato una base solida su cui costruire. Il nostro impegno è quello di mantenere alto il livello del servizio, ascoltando sempre i feedback dei nostri clienti per migliorarci ogni giorno.
