Excellent location for those who want to visit Etna, halfway between the state road and Piazzale Provenzana which is where you can arrive by car before climbing the volcano (on foot, with guides or with a 4x4 tour). At the refuge you can also sleep or just have a meal, they have simple but good dishes. Very convenient parking next to and in front of the restaurant. Average prices.

Stopped with our tour group for the Etna trails. A warm welcome and a great atmosphere, plus the food was delicious.

We stopped at this refuge just to get a coffee and some water. Unfortunately the POS was out of stock and we had to pay in cash. The coffee was good and the interior of the place was quite characteristic.

We are located on the Linguaglossa side, North. Inserted in a beautiful pine forest. It is family run with home cooking. Excellent for a stopover and also for an overnight stay. Height above sea level 1,415 meters.

Un posto di passaggio Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da l’atmosfera il calore dei proprietari e il personale Cibo semplicemente sublime Ci siamo sentito come se fossimo a casa della nonna Sicuramente torneremo

Locale conosciuto tramite internet posto a 5 km da Piano Provenzano,si mangia bene ed i prezzi sono moderati in base alla zona(7/10 euro per il 1',12/15 euro per il 2',2 euro coperto).
