We stopped here for lunch as part of our organized Etna day tour. This beautiful rustic setting amongst the canopy of trees on Mt Etna was great.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella mattinata al Rifugio. Io ho sorseggiato un buon vino bianco, e dopo ci siamo seduti per pranzare. Una vera e propria scoperta. Mangiare tipico casalingo, buonissimo abbiamo assaggiato l antipasto tipico e poi abbiamo scelto la pasta al ragù e la pasta Ragabo, buonissimo tutto. Sicuramente torneremo e questa volta soggiorneremo. Dimenticavo complimenti anche per la pulizia dei bagni. Continuate così.

We only ate here. Nice place with good food and excellent location, perfect for a stop after an excursion to northern Etna and characteristic furnishings. Recommended.

I was here just to eat. The service is very friendly and they serve delicious Sicilian dishes in a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect if you want to go to Etna.

Great food and great service. Delicious Ragabo macaroni, home-made starter as well. Very fresh and well cooked meat. Generous portions, fully satisfying. Magical environment. No flaws!!!

I stopped in this place a few years ago for a chocolate and it won me over so much that this year when I had to book to go to the snow, I had no doubts about where to go, and I wasn't wrong at all! First of all the location, 3 km from Piano Provenzana! Clean, well heated room, the only flaw was the absence of a bidet. Polite and always available staff, excellent cuisine; homemade, but from the starters to the first courses and finally the meat all good, cooked to perfection, but above all of quality. Ps you absolutely must try, the meatballs, the Ragabò maccaroni and the Palermo style cutlet. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very nice, but there is no bidet or hairdryer. We stayed overnight and had dinner and the cuisine is not very varied and of average quality. I recommend it for the location very close to the snow area.

13/12/2024: Ho provato la pizza senza glutine e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! L’impasto si scioglieva in bocca e gli ingredienti freschissimi. Lo consiglio!
