I booked a week in advance to be sure of a seat, and I have to say it was worth it. The appetizers were good and carefully prepared, the first courses were plentiful and tasty, and the meat was truly high-quality. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience, I'll gladly return!

An excellent place to eat well, serving traditional, express cuisine. Surrounded by nature at 1,450 meters above sea level, it's a wonderful place.

We went to the refuge thanks to the guided hike, so lunch was included!
The first course, macaroni ragabò, was truly exceptional.

I come here for lunch every time I pass by Etna. The best dining on the entire northeast side. Cool and welcoming outdoor space. Quick and friendly service. Unique dishes... The mixed antipasti, Ragabo pasta, and mushroom ravioli are unmissable. Next time I'll try other items from the interesting menu. The pistachio profiteroles are truly excellent, as is the coffee. For €20-25 per person, you can eat well and in large quantities, all-inclusive.

We had lunch at the Rifugio after our descent from Etna. We found a table right away, even though it was packed, and we ordered right away. A delicious bruschetta filled with cherry tomatoes and onion (sublime!), served with excellent grilled bread, a Palermitana with grilled vegetables (tender and flavorful), and my companion had a slice of veal (also tender and flavorful, a nice portion) with baked potatoes and onion (delicious, as he described them). Finally, a profiterole, two waters, and a coffee came to €47. The place was clean, and, not to be underestimated, it was very comfortable and cool. The staff was extremely quick, kind, and cheerful!

A lovely place on the slopes of Mount Etna. We recommend the macaroni with ragù, made with homemade pasta—it's truly delicious. Fast service and very friendly staff.

A sublime place, excellent food, delightful staff, and a stunning location in the winter. Unfortunately, in the summer, motorcyclists, heedless of nature, civilization, and beauty, ruin the charm of the place (and of the Etna Park) by making noise both when stationary and during their constant ups and downs. Not recommended on Saturdays and Sundays due to the annoying noise of the motorbikes.

Excellent attention to customers in all senses being very attentive to details and allergies without being too pushy with it. Excellent spot if you are around Mount Etna for a good price.

Servizio veloce e cortese.
Tagliatelle Ragabo, fatte con la salsiccia di Linguaglossa veramente buone e poi abbiamo preso l'immancabile salsiccia sempre di Linguaglossa che con quel finocchietto ripsetto alle ns del nord Italia, aveva quel tocco in più che dona una buona leggerezza al piatto.
Allego lo scontrino per fare capire i prezzi super!!!!

Accoglienza fantastica in una saletta riservata e tranquilla. Cibo semplice, genuino e molto gustoso. Raccomandiamo in particolare i maccheroni Ragabo ed i ravioli ai funghi, la grigliata e un' ottima insalata con arance e finocchi. Super anche la cassata al forno ed ottimo il vino locale. Conto equo e personale gentilissimo. 100 € in 4 dividendo alcune portate davvero abbondanti.
