I stayed at Büllelejochhütte for two nights while exploring the surrounding area, and it was an incredible experience! The staff is amazing—very empathetic, polite, and always ready to help. The beds are clean, and the food is hands down the best in the area! They go above and beyond to accommodate requests, like offering lactose-free options or oat milk coffee at 2,500 meters!!! Guys, you are the best🤍 I’m genuinely impressed. A huge thank you to the staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere, making my vacation even more enjoyable! Best, Anastasia

Best lunch ever while hiking. We never thought we would find a Refugio like that so isolated. Food was amazing !

We stopped in twice after hiking, three dumplings were first class, coleslaw was very tasty, great apple strudel! Very nice service, friendly family atmosphere. Great location, toilet very clean. Absolute recommendation!

We (DAV-Kulmbach) had the pleasure of visiting the Büllelejochhütte as part of a via ferrata tour, and I can only say that it was a great experience! The food was fantastic! The breakfast selection was diverse and lovingly prepared. I can particularly recommend the Kaiserschmarrn! 🥰 Another plus point is the cleanliness of the hut. It is obvious that hygiene and order are important here. The rooms are always clean and inviting, which makes your stay very pleasant. The employees and boss of the Büllelejochhütte are a real highlight. They are always helpful and friendly. You can tell that they love their job and care about the well-being of their guests. I/we can only warmly recommend the Büllelejochhütte. Whether you want to take a break during a hike or have a longer stay - you're in the best hands here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

We stayed at the Büllelejochhütte for 2 nights as a group of 6 people. The food was fantastic and the hut landlady Steffi and her team were simply amazing! Very friendly and accommodating and above all warm! You don't get that often these days!! You felt welcome and comfortable at all times. Thank you very much for that!

One of the best refugios we visited (for food, not to stay). About €15 fit a hearty meal. Cash only but they let us pay by card due to having no cash.
