A well-maintained atmosphere with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and respectful. The space is spacious and well-organized. I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat. But my brief stay was pleasant.

29/12/2025: A pleasant surprise in many ways: the welcoming atmosphere; the customer service; and the quality and variety of the food offered. Within minutes, you'll feel at home. The polenta taragna with melted cheese (a generous helping) is excellent. Kudos to all the staff for their care and attention. See you next time.

We ate exceptional polenta taragna, accompanied by high-quality local porcini mushrooms, cooked to perfection. Authentic, high-quality cuisine, showcasing local products. Very affordable prices, especially considering the high quality offered. The owner's friendliness and professionalism are particularly noteworthy, making you feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended.

14/01/2026: I had a wonderful three-day experience over Christmas 2025. We arrived on the 24th and left on December 26th. I've rarely had such a wonderful time at a hotel in my life. Mrs. Pamela was simply extraordinary, super helpful, kind, always thoughtful, and attentive. She knows her job very well. The rest of the staff was also friendly. The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained in every way. From the impeccable cleanliness to the excellent organization and the extraordinary cuisine. Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas lunch were truly delicious. I will definitely return because we and our family had a wonderful time. Recommended for everyone: young people, singles, families, and seniors.
29/10/2025: We held our wedding reception at the "La Bussola" hotel restaurant in Clusone. The service organized by Pamela and her team was impeccable. Professionalism, courtesy, and smiles, along with the absolute quality of the food. It was a crucial part of a wonderful day. A top-notch restaurant with highly qualified staff. In addition to Sunday lunches, we will not hesitate to return to them and only them for any special occasions in the future. Thanks to Pamela and all the staff! Fabio and Franca
