Owner with less than polite manners. Arriving on foot, we found the place full of people, a long wait awaited us. To my kindly asked question "how long will we have to wait?", the owner not only didn't quantify the wait, but abruptly replied that she didn't have a crystal ball. We were hungry. If we had had a car, we would certainly have gone somewhere else.
Place now entirely used for catering, too chaotic. I had to ask for bread several times. I ordered polenta gnocchi with porcini mushrooms: expectations disappointed. The price was exaggerated compared to what I ate, as the sauce consisted almost exclusively of simple cream with a few pieces of mushroom.
I tried again with a side of porcini mushrooms, no big deal. Too expensive!

Yes, 5 stars in everything.
On the morning of July 17, 2024,
we arrived in this place, with a large recreational vehicle (truck set up for expeditions to Africa) belonging to a friend,
we parked in the car park where there were also campers.
Looking around me,
Many things came to mind and,

which was from 1992,
that I didn't come to this place anymore.
That Year (1992),
I came there with my motorbike that I had in those years...
a Cagiva Lucky Explorer 900ie limited edition version and bought new in 1990.
In this place that year,
I came there with a friend, also with his motorbike.

arrived on the morning of July 17, 2024, we entered this place and the staff, very kindly, welcomed us very well and fulfilled our request for sandwiches, even if it wasn't lunch time.
...the bread and salami at 09:00 in the morning is always good.
This place is really worth coming to.

lunch break passing by motorbike from the pass, we went without fail since we had already been there

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo con amici con cui siamo saliti al San Marco in moto. Sono rimasto stupito dall'organizzazione e dalla velocità nel servizio, sia dei panini che dei piatti. Prezzi corretti. Servizio gentile

Siamo stati una sera in settimana e nonostante la cucina fosse parzialmente chiusa rispetto al pranzo la ragazza addetta alla cucina (che nonostante fosse da sola è stata fantastica) ci ha deliziato con dei taglieri di Formaggi superlativi (Storico ribelle e formaggio del fieno degno di nota)e con la bresaola (di altissima qualità,)accompagnati dal tipico piatto Taroz (patate,fagiolini,burro e formaggio).
Ci ha spiegato anche la storia dei formaggi e l'evoluzione dei caseifici della Valle!
È stata una bella esperienza.
Ingredienti genuini e di alta qualità, serviti con passione e amore!
