I've known the Dolomiti Superski area for over 40 years, and I know all the mountain huts as well as the slopes, but what I experienced at Incisa was truly amazing – no one in the area can hold a candle to Incisa, and I don't just mean that. 100% cleanliness in the restrooms, the restaurant, on the tables and terrace, highly recommended and top-quality food with wonderful presentation, attention to detail everywhere you look, an enviable service team where the girls always have a smile on their faces (a rare commodity these days), super professional, smartly dressed, dedicated, and an extremely likeable and friendly young hut owner with whom you can chat about anything and everything – there's no topic this man doesn't know something about. My wife and I had some very pleasant and constructive conversations with him, and the time flew by… Hats off and full respect, dear Steven! Inspired by the excellent reviews, my wife and I, along with three other couples, decided to try this establishment on a beautiful August day. As soon as we entered, we noticed the excellent cleanliness and meticulously maintained environment, along with the great passion that the young and friendly staff puts into offering top-quality dishes, accompanied by a carefully selected and exquisite wine list for every taste. Even the layout of the bathrooms on the ground floor is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. What we appreciated most, however, was the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the young owner, who advised us on dishes and wines to pair, followed by an endless variety of amazing desserts. He was a kind-hearted, very friendly, and above all knowledgeable person, who gave us tips on various itineraries, excursions, and special places to visit in the coming days. What can I say? A unique experience that we will now repeat regularly on our holidays in Corvara, both summer and winter. Thank you so much, Steven, and a special greeting to you and all the staff. Passing by bike at the end of the summer during a rainy day we stopped at this fantastic lodge where we had a truly wonderful time - excellent lunch, wines and desserts of the highest quality but what really struck us was the super welcome and kindness of the young owner Steven who really made us feel at ease - a very knowledgeable person in every type of subject, super informed on summer and winter itineraries but above all very skilled at repairs 😱... My partner had a problem with the car (for several days) which was parked in the valley and Steven immediately made himself available to check what the problem could be by driving us down to the valley... with two clever moves he solved the problem and we were able to return home since it was our last day and on Sunday we had not found a mechanic who could assist us, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts Steven, we had a great time, a big hug, see you this winter, Sabrina and Matteo 🥰

After a long day of hiking, the Incisa Lodge was a welcome retreat. The owner was gracious, the rooms were clean, cozy & so comfortable. And the food! On my! Our only regret was having to leave early the next morning to continue our trek. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Thank you!

I visited this refuge with my wife last week after a hike from the Cherz to the Pralongiá plateau, recommended by the owner of the property where we stayed. We were greeted by a very kind waitress who seated us in the dining room even though the refuge was officially closed that day and only open to guests. From the appetizers to the first and second courses, everything was truly excellent and top-quality, with incredible desserts and a vast selection of wines rarely found in mountain refuges. What struck me most, however, were the outdoor area, the terrace, the meticulously designed details inside the hut, as well as the excellent layout of the bathrooms on the ground floor, carefully thought out and designed to make the most of every available space. I will return this winter to speak directly with the owners, who unfortunately were not present at the property. Thanks for this pleasant meeting and a special greeting to the charming waitress, Paolo.

Fantastic refuge, very kind, nice, and excellent waitresses, exquisite dishes and above all sublime Kaiserschman!! Concluded with a hay grappa at our table signed patata 😃!

We had lunch at this refuge after a beautiful hike on the Pralongià plateau. The food was truly excellent and high-quality, including superb goulash and toasted sandwiches with delicious homemade bread. Attention to detail and everything personalized with the refuge's fox symbol. The girls at the tables were professional, kind, and friendly. Highly recommended. P.S. Something not to be underestimated about the refuges in the area: a water fountain is available.
