Truly a beautiful place with a frozen lake and the option to skate on it. A very well-kept restaurant with high-quality food, prices are definitely not cheap, but the service is commensurate with the cost.

Really very nice to drink a hot chocolate with cream, a bombardino, a strudel (delicious), the studel and the chocolate especially after a 6 hour walk I must say quiet place, welcoming sitting outside with mushrooms and the blanket, looking at the panorama immersed in the snow really beautiful

The guys who run it are great, and they offer truly excellent desserts. I recommend the Sacher Torte. The lake is small and completely frozen in winter.

I stopped by during the Christmas holidays, and even in the snow, it's a beautiful place. The people who work there (and the owner) are very friendly. Unfortunately, it was already fully booked, but I'll definitely be back. You can get there by 4WD car or on a half-hour walk from Lake Pianozes. It's a great base for starting out, or you can walk there from Peziè de Parù (about an hour).

25/02/2026: food was nice enough and a decent price but it took around 15 minutes of waiting for them to take my order and i had to stand and wait by the till for another 10 minutes to pay afterwards. staff were also rather blunt and their general attitude detracted from the overall experience.
12/02/2026: Beautiful place, we ordered two pizzas... the dough was light and very good. The only negative was the service: it was imprecise and the waiter seemed rude. The couple sitting next to us weren't treated the best... you can't be incapable of speaking English these days. I still recommend this place because it's worth it. We were surprised (in a good way) by the prices... despite the Olympic season, there weren't any shocking price increases like we'd heard in the area.

09/10/2025: Val visdende a wonderful place..... We were there for lunch for our wedding anniversary on September 17th, we ate very well thanks to the very talented sisters Michela and Nella, thank you, see you next year...... ❤️❤️
18/09/2025: A charming place on the Val Visdende plain, with very friendly staff and well-prepared traditional mountain food. I always return with pleasure.
