Suggestive location, reached with a quiet walk. All very good, superlative porcini and mountain pine risotto, not to mention the millefeuille, amazing!!! Generous platter, good value for money. Pet friendly, we will definitely return!!!

Refuge located at the arrival of the Monte Elmo cable car, the service is both self-service and at the table with an à la carte menu, well-groomed dishes and good, kind and professional waiters, view of Sesto Pusteria and Monte Croda Rosso with a beautiful view, worth going there
or à la carte at the restaurant you can eat well, well prepared dishes, the waitress is very good and knowledgeable about all the dishes she brings. Beautiful view you can see the whole village of Sesto Pusteria with Monte Croda Rosso as a backdrop, worth a visit

After a nice walk in Val Fiscalina we arrive at the refuge, today 30 December 2024 there was the world. We waited more than an hour for a table to become available, but in the end it was worth it. We ate really well, everything was excellent. The staff is very kind despite the pressure of people waiting to be seated and crowding the entrance to the refuge.

The refuge is located in a good position, easily accessible and surrounded by nature. The staff are efficient and, considering the high number of visitors, try to offer the best possible service, sometimes to the detriment of the "care" of the individual customer, which is understandable. The environment is welcoming and well looked after, while the food is truly excellent, with dishes prepared with quality ingredients and well presented, from the first courses to the homemade desserts. The cost is in line with what was offered to us. We come back often and will continue to do so! A particular compliment goes to Tamara, who demonstrated great composure in managing the most confusing situations

Splendid refuge immersed in a breathtaking winter postcard, reachable with a simple half-hour walk with elderly parents, very warm and comfortable environment with the warm colors of mountain wood, delicious dishes at fair prices, I must compliment the staff who despite the mass of people and the queue waiting on the list, he handles customers with high level kindness and calm, an obligatory stop every time you go to the area

Very very good food!
The kitchen closes at 4 p.m. in winter. We only got to the hut shortly before 4 p.m. but were still well served and had a lovely evening.
We keep coming back!
