Fantastic!! What a great location, view and ambience. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The food choice is out of this world and the quality and flavors didn't disappoint. A very extensive wine list that cost us a pretty penny, but was worth it. The owner was charming and inviting. This is more than a place to eat, it's an experience you must try if you're here. Also.. Just found this last-minute game changer — it’s an app called TwøDay™ that shows what’s going on near me over the next 48 hours. Events, activities, recreation, cool local spots, social hangouts, and more — it’s perfect when you're looking for fast plans. Total lifesaver. A truly magical place. Excellent food in an incredibly beautiful place. Seafood served on a hot stone, perfectly prepared and served with a smile by the very friendly staff. It's worth experiencing. A must-see if you are in Val di Fassa. I recommend !!

It is a beautiful and classic Hutte. On the outside terrace you can drink and eat something at high tables. You can also be pampered 'chiq' with a magnum of champagne in one of the lounge seats at the front. But you do need to make a reservation. It is often busy and therefore you sometimes have to wait a while before ordering. The terrace is not always in the sun so after 13:30 (spring break) you sit in the shade and that can be cold. Inside is an attractive and cozy setting. Where everything revolves around Emilio Comici, an Italian climber. The menu mainly focuses on fish dishes. The wine list is extensive and something for every price range. Service is ok, but more focused on speed than personal. Nothing wrong with that, but it feels like Jimmi Hutte to me as remote and focused on efficiently organizing shifts. I had the cod, but it was too dry and no special taste. Especially if you pay the price of 38 euros. All in all we didn't find the dishes special with a bill of 235 euros (including wine of 50 euros). We only had a main course. But maybe our expectations were too high.

Had there wonderful time always when in Dolomiti. Place what must be visited because of its atmosphere, great food and kind staff! 🥰

Rinomato per il pesce "ad alta quota", non ha deluso le aspettative. Ottimo, fresco, cucinato con maestria. Personale cortese, ambiente gradevole. Nota "dolente" il costo ma era prevedibile! Rapporto qualità prezzo tutto sommato giusto, se si pensa che ci troviamo ad oltre duemila metri di quota sul livello del mare.

Ho pranzato in qs chalet montano con la mia famiglia lo scorso 23 dicembre. Servizio impeccabile, veloce e cortese! Piatti sia di terra che di mare molto molto buoni . Atmosfera carina ed accogliente . Questo chalet montano è molto esclusivo e i prezzi sono alti, devo ammetterlo. Faccio alcuni esempi: i primi vanno dalle 18€ alle 45€, il coperto sopra le 5€ ma ne vale la pena. Per me, è consigliato !

Restaurant Apostelstube

20/05/2025: A beautiful, traditional hotel where the Habsburgs once stayed. Large hotel park with a pool and tennis courts across the street. A very good "regular" restaurant and a small Michelin-starred restaurant. Modern wellness area with a sauna and steam room. The name comes from an elephant who stopped in Brixen in the 16th century as a gift to the Habsburg court. A mural on the hotel's outer wall commemorates this event.
09/05/2025: In “The Elefant Restaurant” (not apostle restaurant), generally good dishes were served, but with surprising technical errors and a lack of balance, considering that a star-rated kitchen is served in the same establishment. The place setting was served with almost frozen butter that had crumbled apart (no spreadability). The (frozen) hazelnut soufflé was a delicious dessert, but it has nothing to do with a soufflé in terms of appearance or consistency; it could rather be described as a parfait (also taking into account that a frozen soufflé is not the same as a classic soufflé). The veal carpaccio had a very dominant acetic acidity and could have been more balanced. In the case of the veal cheek, a drop of oil was draped on the edge of the plate, but additional drops would have done the dish a lot of good as it was very “flat”. In addition, a little fleur de sel or salt crystals would have rounded off the dish better. Unfortunately not enough for the price and expectations.
