We decided to personally try the restaurant that won an episode of Alessandro Borghese's "The 4 Restaurants." What can we say... A crescendo of emotions... From appetizer to dessert... Flavors that are primarily delicate but also full of character! Cocotte with porcini potatoes and mountain cheese fondue, ravioli with apples, speck, and Trentingrana, sliced venison with chestnut puree and cranberries... Butter that melted in your mouth... And finally, Her Majesty THE STRUDEL🎊🎉. The other dishes, including the traditional platter, dumplings, pappardelle with venison ragù, and many other delicacies, won't be long without us 🏆

I gave it another chance, let me explain.
The atmosphere is incredible because it really feels like you're entering a mountain cabin, and in fact, that's definitely its strong point.
As for the dishes, the first time I had spaetzle, while today I had a mountain salad and a risotto. The only thing I can say is that it lacks a bit of punch; the flavors are there, but they're not as savory and flavorful as you'd expect.
Despite this little tip, rather than a criticism, it's still such a pleasant place and setting, so far removed from the city environment, that I'd gladly return.
But come on, let's dig deeper into the flavors!
P.S. STRUDEL IS AMAZING

It's impossible to imagine being in Milan when entering this place—it's decidedly unique, a bit cluttered, but charming. The typical Tyrolean cuisine is delicious, but the only downside is the bill: a hefty €3.50 cover charge per person, I think due to the (very good) bread, which comes from the owner's own bakery. But for that price, they should have it taken away instead of clearing it away at the end of the meal (at least at lunchtime, there are only paper napkins, no tablecloths). I absolutely recommend the rosti and the trio of dumplings, although the speck-filled dumplings are barely noticeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A charming and typically Alpine restaurant, so much so that the interior is entirely made of wood.
We ordered two appetizers, gnocchi with saffron cream, and a trio of dumplings: everything was delicious, especially the dumplings, which took me back to my vacations in Alto Adige.
For dessert, we ordered a "Black Hugo" (if I'm not mistaken) made with lemon sorbet, juice, and wine. Unexpected, but truly delicious!
The waiters were very kind, and the dining room was spotless.

I was there last night, and the great thing is that when you walk in the door, you no longer feel like you're in Milan, but rather in a real mountain refuge or restaurant. There's also a nearby garage at a good price.
Really good food, very professional service, and the staff are always on point. The price of each dish is worth every penny.

A slice of the mountains in Milan! The atmosphere is charming, mountain-style, and the dishes are truly delicious. I'll let the pictures do the talking. The casserole dish was bursting with mushrooms, and the meat was high-quality, perfectly cooked. The portions were just right, the prices were average for Milan, and the waiters were courteous. We'll definitely be back.

A warm and welcoming restaurant with qualified staff, fast service, and traditional food. The only downside, but this is my personal opinion, is the price, which I find high.
Still, it's recommended for fans of the genre.

Beautiful location. Wide selection, delicious and tasty food, generous portions, decent wine list. Prices are moderately high, but worth it.
