We used this refuge as a base for a trip to Lake Palabione. Very good food (pizzoccheri to be booked) and in abundant but not excessive quantities: 1 mixed platter, pizzoccheri for 2, children's menu with polenta (a little burnt) and melted cheese, house cake and coffee affogato, beer and water at €80. Very friendly and relaxed service. After lunch we lay down on the lawn in front of the restaurant

Very nice environment, kind and friendly service, they made us eat even if we arrived a little late, at 2.30pm The food is good, without infamy or praise, but the prices are also good. If I was in the area I would eat there again, but I wouldn't plan to go on purpose. Overall I am satisfied.

Abbiamo cenato e pernottato presso questo rifugio alla vigilia di un'escursione nella zona delle Orobie. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo bevuto una birra o due all'esterno e ci hanno portato diversi stuzzichini per accompagnarle. Degna di nota pure la cena, con pizzoccheri in quantità industriale, vino rosso della casa più che gradevole, dolce, caffè e amaro. Le camere erano spaziose e dotate di bagno, cosa non scontata per un rifugio. Personale gentile e disponibile: avevo scordato di portare un asciugamano e me l'hanno fornito loro. Da consigliare.

Pranzato post trail l tagliaferro personale cordiale prezzi buoni e piatti ottimi. Giornata di sole rifugio nuovo. Posteggio comodo. Strada asfaltata ma stretta.

20/01/2025: Very good pizza, fresh toppings, good prices (cheaper than in Livigno), open until late. I sincerely recommend it.
18/12/2024: Shop like a shop. Takavnasza "frog" ;) What a great pizza. The wait was short and the pizza was great.

29/12/2024: Fantastic experience! I was in this splendid restaurant in Livigno and I was really impressed. The atmosphere is enchanting: upstairs there was music which made the environment lively, while downstairs the restaurant offers a perfect mountain style, welcoming and with attention to detail. The service was impeccable, with very kind and attentive waiters. As for the food, I highly recommend it to those who love fish: the mixed starter is a true journey of flavours, with different varieties of fish, all worth trying. The sea bass gnocchi were the highlight of the evening, simply delicious! A place to definitely return, ideal for those looking for excellent fish in a mountain setting.
29/12/2024: he Cantina del Ristorante Bivio is a classy experience for those looking for a refined fish dinner in Livigno. The relaxing atmosphere, enriched by live music, makes the place perfect for a special evening. We started with the mixed starters for two, a little expensive, but really delicious and well prepared. The first courses were the strong point of the dinner: excellent, tasty and with very fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable, with friendly, attentive and punctual staff. An ideal choice for those who want a refined dinner in a unique setting. Advised!
