Rifugio Boschetto Ristorante In Selva di progno

Passing through on a hike, I stopped at this restaurant. I must say I made an excellent choice. The building is quite large, with various very old mountain relics. The menu is varied. I had a fish dish, which was very good. The waitresses are very helpful and kind. The prices are very reasonable.

I've been coming to this refuge for a while: the food is excellent, with authentic dishes, especially the truly special trout. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. The owner is helpful, extremely kind, and warm-hearted, always attentive not only to guests but also to what's happening around the refuge, creating an authentic and pleasant atmosphere. A place where you always feel welcome.

Excellent value for money, trattoria and less demanding dishes at the outdoor tables, relaxation area, parking. Base for quiet walks. Ideal climate in this period of extreme heat. Well-kept facilities.

Excellent hospitality, a corner surrounded by greenery where you can eat in company and relax or as a destination after a nice walk, really good dinner and honest prices.

Friendly staff and quick service. Reasonable prices. Excellent salted meat. I highly recommend it.

Nice welcoming place with good food

This year, our Alpine group organized the 2025 summer camp in Giazza, specifically at this refuge. Many trails start from here, and what we did was hike to the Carega peak. The refuge has been expanded, with two bathrooms for the rooms and two for the main room. I learned they also have two apartments. The beds are really good, exceptionally clean, the staff are very kind, and the food is delicious. They have various daily menus, and their specialty is grilled trout. The cook is the mother, a simple woman but a fantastic cook. The prices are average to low; I don't know if it was because we were an Alpine group or their prices. As for vegetables, they have a vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables. If it's hot down in the plains, go to the Boschetto refuge. Congratulations on the welcome you received.

Domenica a pranzo in questo rifugio durante una gita in moto. Locale ben tenuto negli spazi esterni e interni,pulito , accogliente ,a conduzione famigliare. Piatti tipici e buoni. Inoltre questa zona della Lessinia merita di essere vista per la bellezza della natura che offre.

Cortesia, accoglienza, pulizia, camere e bagni ben puliti, ottimo cibo, posizione strategica per escursioni nel gruppo montuoso del Carega, foresta di Giazza. Assolutamente consigliato!
