22/12/2025: I used to visit the hotel periodically about 15 years ago for work, and it's remained that way ever since. It might have been a 4-star then, but now it needs a makeover. The rooms are outdated, the iron windows (which close poorly) without double glazing are not even found in a 2-star hotel, and the linoleum-floored stairs aren't the best. Otherwise, the air conditioning worked intermittently, the elevator smelled bad... the dinner was just decent (I avoided eating there other times), but breakfast was top-notch. In conclusion, the price is 4-star, but for me, it's barely 3-star.

12/10/2025: The hotel is poorly maintained, although the staff was courteous and professional, deserving of a special mention. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation, from the bathrooms and room access systems to the pool, which is beautiful but in need of renovation. In short, it's a real shame.
