Such a nice place, cute atmosfere and very high quality food with lots of tasty flavours. They even have cappucino with soyamilk while still staying very traditional 🤗

Two days in Matera, for lunch we stopped at the Ridola caffe'; welcoming and friendly staff, superlative food (considering that it is a bar and not a restaurant); highly recommended.

Very nice place in the center of Matera, in one of the main streets. Outside terrace but we had lunch inside and were thus able to discover an environment with an interesting renovation that perfectly combines the history of Matera with modernity. Interesting culinary offer, very friendly owner.

We stopped here for lunch whilst in Matera, and had a salad and lasagne. Whilst the food won't blow you away, it was certainly good and the service was friendly and efficient. For it's location and price range, you can't fault it - we have eaten worse meals for much higher prices in other tourist areas.

03/06/2024: Restaurant, pizzeria with wood oven, trattoria, grill and also bar. A certainty in the village, with windows overlooking the panorama.

20/08/2024: Piccolo brunch prima di continuare la camminata per la caldissima Matera in pieno agosto! Salato ottimo, caffè perfetto, e il miglior tè freddo mai bevuto in vita mia a base di frutta e gelato al gelso: ho dovuto fare il bis! Servizi puliti.
17/08/2024: Abbiamo fatto colazione in questo bar per tutto il nostro soggiorno a Matera, i croissant appena fatti erano davvero buonissimi idem il cappuccino e la spremuta. Decisamente consigliato anche per la posizione in pieno centro a Matera
