The place is new and well kept, the staff is young and friendly, the pizza and appetizers are made with excellent raw materials and are very good. I will definitely come back to try something else from the menu. I definitely recommend it!

We chose Ribalta for a couple's dinner during our weekend in Tuscany, we were really amazed! Delicious food, we chose fried courgette flowers, BBQ ribs and gnocchi: everything absolutely delicious! The place is really beautiful, surrounded by nature, with outdoor tables where it is pleasant to spend an evening. Very kind staff, we appreciated the courtesy and the gifts they reserved for us. We will not fail to return for our next trip!

A place immersed in nature with a large outdoor area.
The guest is given the necessary space (the tables are well spaced from each other), especially those for two people near the plants.
In my opinion, the raw materials are of quality and the service is attentive and efficient without being intrusive.

Beautiful location immersed in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, with a large outdoor space, very elegant and good dishes, superior quality pizzas, and excellent and delicious desserts, very kind and friendly staff....
