We did the pizza tour, the dough was very good and the ingredients were high-quality. The waiters were very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Table service was okay. I'm not giving the food five stars because I was the only one who didn't get the pizza but the fried fish, and it was too dry. The atmosphere was okay.

Excellent location, nestled in the magnificent Tuscan hills. It's part of a property that also includes a riding stable. In the summer, you can dine al fresco and enjoy the natural coolness. Excellent cuisine and pizza. Highly recommended.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent, as always. Good value for money. I'm only giving it four stars because the music was truly awful—that sort of chillout, computer-generated music clashes with the beautiful setting. I highly recommend enhancing the atmosphere with more refined, culturally relevant music. Since it's an equestrian center, I recommend jazz, country, blues, folk, and bluegrass. We have some great composers; please spread their culture.
