Large spaces, comfortable bed, abundant breakfast

Despite being a 4-star hotel, I found the amenities lacking. There was no choice of pillows, and even though I asked the staff for an alternative, they said that the pillows throughout the hotel were all the same, and their consistency resulted in poor sleep and rest. The TV in the room is located far from the bed, making it almost impossible to watch it from bed. Although we specifically requested a double bed when booking, it was two single beds pushed together. The bar was poorly stocked. The lack of an elevator on the ground floor to reach the lobby made transferring luggage inconvenient and likely a major problem for those with small children or disabilities. The free indoor parking was appreciated, but it was limited and difficult to maneuver. Many of the staff tried to be helpful, but were unable to improve our stay. PROS: The hotel is strategically located for the metro and/or getting around the city by car, and is also convenient for reaching the stadium by car.

I read in other reviews that the staff was "arrogant" but they are very wrong, because they were very welcoming, polite and very kind.

Good location, a 9-minute walk from the metro. I received many promises that the air conditioning would be fixed, but they didn't succeed. The room wasn't as expected.

Quiet location with private parking. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and clean, with two TVs and a large shower.

Dated hotel with very spacious rooms. Good continental breakfast with a wide selection of gluten-free items. Conveniently located 500 meters from the metro.

Excellent location close to where I work on business trips. Otherwise, it's clean, but the furniture and mattress could use some updating.

Old hotel but comfortable and quite well kept. From the reviews I gather that there are different types of rooms: ours was large and although not new it was clean and comfortable, equipped with courtesy set, new towels and slippers. Rich breakfast even for celiacs like me. The location is not particularly pleasant but for us functional, given that it is very close to the Certosa Reale park.
